It was busy at the time I entered (10:15 am on a Wednesday) but I was seated immediately. My server Ivan was excellent and brought me coffee and my food order quickly. I ordered the "El Gringo" which was delicious (photo attached). Without asking , it came with two kinds of salsa (red and green). Red was spicy made with habaneros. Pancakes were great and Ivan even asked me if I wanted strawberry or blueberry topping on them. Of course I took the strawberries which put the pancakes over the top.
