They told me to bring it in to obain a number off the computer to get parts. When I showed up, I believe the owner was rude and evassive when I asked him how long it would take to get the part number. He said I have to leave the computer for up to 4 days to just get the part number, then another 4 days to fix it. My friend was witness to his rude behavior to me. He basically told me to go somewhere else to fix the defective computer they sold me. Buyer beware!
