Claudio made sure everything was clean, straight and nicely finished. It was exactly what I wanted and could have hoped for. Nothing was overlooked and no corners were cut at all. It gave me the impression that he was doing the job as if he was doing it for his grandmother and wanted to be proud of the final product. The only reason that it's not 5 stars is because scheduling was hard to predict. I didn't really know when the job was going to happen. It made me nervous and gave me unneeded stress. My wife wanted me to cancel and try someone else. In the end, I'm glad that Claudio and his crew were the ones I stuck with.

Let me specifically note that I asked for a respray in my call and they told me that they 100 percent refused to do so. Now only after posting this review, they are claiming that they provide resprays. Just amazing how much they suddenly care only after receiving a negative review. (End of edit). This company used to care about customer service in previous years, but there has been a horrible drop off. I have been a customer for years. They would thoroughly spray your lawn and if they didn't do a good job, they would come back. That is the only thing that made their very high prices worth it. However, in the last year or so, they have become a genuinely awful and unreliable company. I have repeatedly had weeds pop up because they do not do a thorough job and then when I ask them to re-treat the flower beds, it is an enormous hassle getting them to agree to come back and they fail to properly spray the weeds again. Today was the final straw. They arrived just before it started raining and left right when it was raining. When I texted them to make sure that would come back and complete the job, the office manager claimed that they had done the whole house. I informed them that I have cameras around my house and I had proof that the technician did not complete my yard. Regardless of my proffer to provide them the videos, she did not care at all. She said that she was certain that they did the complete yard. I also want to specify that the office manager in particular was particularly unhelpful. She could not care less about customers. It is amazing that a customer facing company would hire people who care so little about long-time customers. I want to promise you that if you use Stewart's, you will regret it. Avoid them like the plague. They are very highly priced, they could not care less about their customers or doing a good job. Please find a better service.

She'd been trying to get it aerated, and had made reservations with two separate companies, both of which left her hanging. I was pretty frustrated with one of them because they made her get up at six in the morning to put little flags all over the yard by the sprinkler heads. And then the guy didn't even have the decency to call to let her know he wasn't coming. I wish I knew the name of that company so I could tell people not to use them, but my sister made the appointment - I think it was a one-man outfit. So I hit the pages of Yelp and started looking. Stewart got great reviews so I called them up. They were one of the few companies that would even do it; many aeration shops were shut down for the summer. I got a friendly voice on the line quickly that told me all about Stewart. He explained that they are a little more expensive than some companies, but highlighted the benefits. The main thing I needed was someone to actually do what they promised and show up. Stewart over-delivered. They said they were booked about a week out, I said that was fine. They came out in less than a week and did a great job. They didn't make my mom put the little flags out, and they didn't damage any sprinklers. I can't recommend these guys enough. Yes, you might pay a little more, but "you get what you pay for" really rings true with Stewart.

Moving the sprinkler system into the yard ended up being the biggest challenge of this project-trying to find the lines that went under the side walk so they could be rerouted was like looking for a needle in a haystack. But three days of work and the mow strip looks amazing and we didn't have to break our backs getting this all done by ourselves. I spent time looking and investigating several tree service companies to cut down my old dying apple tree. I called, texted, and emailed 5 highly rated companies, 2 didn't even bother to respond. 2 others did respond and came out to give their estimates. It's kind of surprising the different ranges these groups charge. One guy was very concerned about some cement in the tree and had all sorts of excuses - I could only think to myself: it's your profession, be a man and stop whining. Finally, I found Adrian's! He responded quickly to my call, he came out when he said he would. He looked over the services needed, and gave me a reasonable estimate.
