From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and very helpful, especially when it came to guiding us through the insurance claim process. They made sure we understood everything and helped us get the most out of our coverage. The new roof looks amazing--we went with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal, and the finished result exceeded our expectations. Even more impressive, the entire roof was installed in under one day, and their crew worked hard while taking good care to protect our plants and surrounding areas. They also went the extra mile with cleanup, running magnets through the yard to pick up nails and leaving everything exactly how they found it. Very poor communication especially when I replied to an email they sent regarding the final payment. I requested a breakdown of materials used and cost but they would not supply that. They supply a basic invoice and not a true breakdown. They charged an extra $85 for OSB board when it costs nothing close to that. (This was the only material breakdown cost that was given.) Their response was it was written in small print near the signed contract. Their email was smug saying they "want everyone to walk away happy." When in fact the only person walking away happy is them because they got their money. We even had to clean up after, finding rolls of nails in the yard which my husband could've seriously injured himself if he was mowing. They only care about money and not the customer. You pay for roofing materials and they'll use your yard as storage until they feel like coming back to pickup the leftover materials. Oh and yes, you pay for those materials but they take them back. If this isn't true then a complete breakdown of materials ordered and materials used with costs would be provided but it's not. Just find another roofing company. These people are not worth your time. read more

We've had an excellent experience working with Big League Roofers, specifically Kevin and Riley. They've been beyond easy to work. We went with them for a new roof which was a quick and easy process from the time we decided what shingles we wanted to the materials being delivered and them completing the work. During the recent crazy weather, we had our porch roof rip up from the wind and Kevin came over during the storm and got out on the roof to tack it down so that more wouldn't tear up. We are now moving forward with them on getting that roof replaced since we didn't when they installed the roof for the house. Highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else. I would not recommend big league roofers. They replaced my roof on 8/2023. One of the gable rakes was not correct, it took them 2 1/2 months to come back out and repair it. There was not communication from them once we signed the contract. I had to reach out and get frustrated with them to get action. I did not get my account settled until 11/10/23, because the lack of communication and organization. read more

We had an excellent experience working with Ken, Jon, Blake, Riley, as well as others at Big League. I appreciated their communication throughout the process. For instance, Ken came and did a thorough inspection followed by a clear estimate the following day. Later, someone else on the team came back and walked us through different options. We were informed when to expect materials to be delivered, when the crews would arrive, how long the job would last, when extra materials would be retrieved, and given other helping planning information. After the crew was finished, Riley walked through their finished work with me and even offered to make a few cosmetic improvements (outside of the original scope of work) for no cost. I found their online payment method clear and appreciate that all employees seemed to take pride in their work and stand behind their commitment to quality. Riley was the one helping me the whole time, I couldn't pick up the call most of the time cause of school, he was willing to work with me and reply me lightning fast. He was patiently helping me and my mom with color and explain clearly with what they gonna do, they offer amazing warrenty, make us feel safe and secure about future cause even we sell the house the warranty still gonna carry to the next owner. He was willing to work with us financially as well, he offered the best solution for us and get money for us from the insurance company.
