This is an update to the review my partner posted. The owner has continued to respond with threats, so I am posting this for clarification. False Legal Threats: The owner has repeatedly threatened legal action for "slander and defamation" in an apparent attempt to pressure us into removing our truthful review. In a recent public reply, he stated, "I have since filed a counter suit against you." Verified Facts: To confirm this claim, I personally contacted the Fayette County Clerk's Office on October 21, 2025. They verified that no such counterclaim or lawsuit has been filed by the business or its owner. The only active case is the small claims suit I filed for breach of contract, after paying a deposit and receiving no work for more than a year. Harassment and Doxxing: The owner's public responses have been erratic and inappropriate. In earlier replies, he wrongfully identified and threatened another customer who was not involved. He then edited his comments to include my personal information, a clear attempt to intimidate and harass. Documented Record: A truthful, firsthand account of a consumer experience is not defamation. Every statement in our original review is supported by written documentation--emails, letters, and text messages--all of which will be provided to the court. We are keeping our reviews public so that other consumers can make informed decisions. We will not be intimidated by false claims or public harassment. Should a lawsuit suddenly materialize now that he has been publicly corrected, it would be seen for what it is: a direct act of retaliation against a consumer for sharing a truthful, negative experience. read more

My partner signed a contract with this company in late 2024 for a full roof replacement and paid a deposit. After more than a year with no work completed, they are still waiting for a refund. Throughout the following months, the owner repeatedly claimed "weather delays." However, a review of local weather for that period shows over 180 days without rain or significant prediction of rain. When my partner requested to terminate the contract and get their deposit back, the owner responded in writing with hostility, stating, "Honestly, I am unclear as to who you think you are? But I will tell you who you are not. You are not someone who is going to tell me how I am going to run my business." The company has confirmed in writing that the contract was terminated and the deposit would be refunded. Despite this written confirmation, no refund has been issued to date. We cannot recommend this company. The significant delays, the owner's unprofessional conduct, and the failure to return the deposit are unacceptable.
