They truly bounce around, interacting with everyone and are on top of service - not only when your glass is running low... they pop by & discuss what you're drinking. The cheeky brew based on the 1 star review shows the playful side, despite the pettiness. Perhaps, that's the key to seeing Severance into my memory.
