The management is awful, extremely rude with poor social skills. Tone matters and management needs to realize that. They take things way too seriously and tend to stereotype and follow customers of color around because they think they're stealing. It's straight up racism! Second of all, anyone can steal here it's absolutely ridiculous. Anytime I've shopped here I find empty packages and products. There are always tags in the dressing rooms and I've seen people walk out with carts filled with merchandise without any repercussions. The management just lets them go and waves them past while saying "have a good day". They also treat their employees like s**t from what I've witnessed. Constantly pressuring them to make sales and harassing customers to sign up for rewards. NEWS FLASH!!! I don't wanna sign up for rewards, no discount or coupon will sway me to sign up. It's absolutely ridiculous. If you are looking to get harassed and pressured during your whole shopping experience, definitely come shop at Kohls in Alliance. If not, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

When they wanted to clean their shoes in the restroom they were told no. Apparently you are not allowed to have fecal matter in the sink at Elder-Beerman but the floor is OK. The manager was extremely rude and would not help the person at all nor was sorry that you actually have to watch you don't step in poop while you are shopping there.

They just let the phone ring (which once in awhile I get because they could be busy. But, all the time?), and 9 times out of 10 I have to go inside and get my own order after them saying it's ready. When I make pizza I make it in a cast iron. I make it in a Detroit style with the caramelized cheese on the edges. To make a true Detroit style you need brick cheese. No one has it. Not Kroger, not Meijer, not Giant eagle or Acme. The distributors have it but I don't want 40 pounds. Marc's has it. I would go five stars but the store is a little unkempt. Someone needs to sweep.
