Glad to see there is not so much furniture. I prefer season items, decorations & wish they would bring back the rewards program

This is a Pittsburgh-based store that opened in Canton within the last year. Cool concept. Mondays…read morethings are 5 bucks, 4 bucks on Tuesday, 3 on Wednesday, 2 on Thursday and 50 cents on Fridays. You have to dig through bins, but there are some gems hidden in there. These are items that have been returned to various retailers and are resold here. Also, if you win a MAC auction, you get a free item if you shop in Yinz Binz. I went on a Wednesday and got a ton of cool stuff for like 20 bucks, after winning an auction. It seems a little disorganized and there are some gross things in the mix (like wigs not in any sort of container- something about loose hair floating in with the items grosses me out). But hidden below the debris are some nice finds. I found stuff like children's binoculars, a potty seat for my 3 year old, a new iPhone magnetic case, some k-cup filters, a set of 11 sharpies, a little jewelry storage case, and I forget what else, but I was pretty pleased with my finds and left with 11 items. One thing about the auctions- the pick up for that is on the other side of Yinz Binz. It's all the same building/company, but can be a little confusing the first time you go. Just be aware that there are two separate entrances. With the exception of one guy who wasn't happy I walked in the wrong way my first time, I find the staff to be really friendly and helpful. If you have time to shuffle through stuff and don't mind getting your hands dirty and digging, you might just find a few really cool diamonds in the rough.
