It's a great spot to shop at the start of a new season or for an upcoming vacation. I've been going for years and years. About a year ago, they did a major reorganization of the store and it's now more open and organized than before. I will admit that you have to search for hidden gems as the items do have the potential to be damaged, but I love scoring those good deals, so it's worth it to me. The staff are always friendly and parking is a breeze since the store is in a plaza with a big lot. They have huge sales and a good texting program that alerts you of sales and sends coupons straight to your phone.

I HAD to check it out while I was in town because I LOVE a great deal. And I found some! I got a pair of Express dress pants for $12 and Ashley Stewart knit top for $8. I also got some primer for my eyeshadow for $2. There were so many things that I could have bought including cheaply priced, name brand bras, underwear, lingerie, shirts, sweaters, coats, anything that you can think of. I didn't have enough room in my carry on bag to buy like I wanted to but the clothes were in good shape and they looked brand new! Next time I come to visit, I'll bring an empty suitcase :-) It's important to know that if you buy anything at DFW, all sales are final. There are no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges so you better be sure that you want it before you buy it!

There might be 40 dresses at most when looking through your sizes. The dresses were expensive and lots of them gave a "trashbag" look. The lady "Barbra" that helped us used the phrase "well now i'm waiting for ur opinion" in a snobby tone, because I had told her before what I had and hadn't liked. This was very upsetting and made everyone in our group feel very insecure. If you've made it this far... go to Carrie Karibo. We were also rushed through the appointment and were only able to try on 8 dresses during the appointment. We went over to carrie karribo and we tried on over 20 dresses.

This is in regards to the Outlet store that sits adjacent to the actual Goodwill store…read more The Outlet store is an absolute embarrassment. The store is NEVER OPEN. They claim it hasn't permanently closed, but every single week since January the Goodwill Cincinnati Facebook page has updated saying, "Outlet store closed this week". No one answers the phone or gives a straight answer when questioned on why this store continues to say it's open when it's not. As a result, myself and others have had to take our business 30+ miles away to the Outlet store in Dayton or go to St Vincent DP's Outlet store on Este. The lack of communication and updates while insisting the store is open is a stain on the Greater Cincinnati Goodwill organization.
