They primarily carry Ashley furniture, but they have a few other brands as well. Note: Do be aware there's a knife store inside the furniture store flying "Don't Tread on Me" merch. PROS: -Fantastic pricing! Remember: the blue tags mean the price listed on the tag is HALF OFF. (I only found that out halfway through.) I thought $130 for a tall bookcase was pretty good, but once it was halved, that's just ridiculously good now. -Really friendly service. They clearly know the line between "being helpful" and "giving you space to explore". They popped in every 20 minutes or so, but they mostly kept their distance to allow us to sit on and discuss all of the different furniture. -Different ways to get your furniture. They don't offer delivery themselves, but they have a company they suggest using and all the details about how to use it. They have show models you can take home that day and other options you have to order in and wait for. Good options. -Good clearance selection. It's definitely a hodgepodge of stuff, but it's a CHEAP hodgepodge of stuff. They have lamps, chairs, couches, gazebos, auto parts (?), and more. It's a whole bunch of random stuff. CONS: -I'd love to see their pick-up hours extended for out-of-towners. They close pick-up at 6pm, and we weren't able to make it out of work and make the drive to get there by 6pm (traffic at rush hour is intense!). We'd have to come in on the weekend or take a day off work. -Otherwise, nothing! We didn't come away with anything, but they had a great selection of items, and I think this was probably one of the best places to start our couch shopping. We'd be back if we were looking for adding new furniture.

I was honestly a bit worried that we'd be instantly followed around by a salesperson, like a hungry tiger stalking through tall grass after an unknowing grazing gazelle... But that was not the case at all. We felt no pressure at all as we browsed at our own pace. I'll admit that at first, some of the prices we saw looked a bit much, though the items themselves looked amazing. After a little while, my lady and I happened upon the clearance area, and we were surprised by the extensive selection at such great prices. One selection in particular stood out BIG time to me, a 5-piece dining room set, originally priced at $809, now on sale for $399. In my mind, I was doing my best Wayne Campbell impression saying, "It WILL be mine! Oh yes! It WILL be mine!" After a little trial sitting, even my lady loved it. After we made our decision, a salesperson approached us and worked with us in finalizing our sale. We agreed to financing through them with 6 months no interest. Easy decision there! The entire process was painless and easy, which is kinda rare these days, but VERY welcomed. This was one on-a-whim experience that turned our to be a VERY good one. Chances are pretty good that we'll be stopping by again for our next furniture purchase. A new bed, perhaps? Still, this is one Frontroom we'll be entering again someday!

I sat on it for awhile and was sold. The quality and color went well with our decor at home that we had to snag it. The gentleman walked up to us and was so laid back and helpful. He checked the back and they had it in stock! We asked for delivery which was only $60.00. The transaction up front was so painless and quick. You can apply for 6 months interest free credit which we did. We have now have our set and I can't thank Front Room Furnishings enough. The delivery was smooth as well. (Not per the recording or any correspondences.) Then i was told that she guesses they are running a bit behind. When they arrived after 6, I refused the delivery because it was worse than the first one. Deep creases on both arms, down the front and on the seat. 3rd chair was delivered with the same issue!! Refused again. Sales person hasn't followed up after she was told the first chair was bad. So completely disappointed.

The recliner froze in the full recline position on about June 1, 2025, six days after the one-year warranty ran out. Montage could not identify the problem for sure after two trips to our home. Montage offered us a check for $232.57 in lieu of repairs. Something I've never heard of. The Manager of Furniture Fair informed me that if Montage had repaired the recliner, it would have voided the reminder of my Five-year coverage. The manager of Funiture Fair covered that repair for us as a courtesy, which I appreciate very much. It took several months to get the parts, but I was repaired. However, just a few months later, the seat in the same recliner of the couch completely collapsed making it very uncomfortable. I called Montage, with the five-year warranty, and they said they do not cover cushions. I feel like I have a recliner built on a Friday the thirteenth near quitting time. I checked with Furniture Fair and was given an estimate of $75 plus parts to repair and the number of a couple other furniture places to call. I really was hoping for better product support. I realize it is out of the factory warranty and denied by the Five-year warranty I paid for, but now I think is see why they don't appear to carry that line of furniture anymore. I need to use a folded up towel and an office chair seat cushion for comfort. I'm very disappointed with the whole experience. The recliner is extremely uncomfortable after my Spinal Fusion surgeries. It sucks to buy what appears to be what we used to call a lemon. I love all the other furniture we bought from Furniture Fair, but I think we'll shop elsewhere i the future. At Riley's, you're not going to find your highest and, custom-made, handcrafted furniture. What you will find is durable, Quality Furniture at an affordable price that is perfect for a growing Family. We've purchased couches, bedroom sets, tables and other items at Riley's throughout the years. The staff has always been fantastic. They don't Hound you but they are always there to help. They make their presence known, they guide you to the areas that you want to be and they let you do your own browsing. When it comes to couches and some other upholstered furniture, you typically have a number of options for upholstery textures, colors and patterns. A lot of these are at no extra charge. Delivery and assembly is also very affordable. A lot of the wood furniture, tables and bedroom sets and the like, they are particle board and laminated. But again, very durable and great for a growing family. With a growing family, you don't always have little ones who are as considerate about the furniture as the people paying for it might be. That being the case, you probably don't want to go out and spend $10,000 on a bedroom set for a small child. Like most furniture stores, Riley's has deals going almost all of the time. Often times there are interest free options to pay overtime. Would I go back? Definitely. Like I said, this is a regular stop for us when we're Furniture shopping. I'd highly recommend checking out Riley's first.
