I was told it was done and ready to ship and should come in another week. We are now over 14 weeks out from the purchase date!!! We still don't have the other half of the couch. Every week I get told it will be one more week. But yet it never comes. I've gotten zero good answers and have been told they can not discount us any for our inconvenience of having family in town and having to put fold up chairs in our living room to sit on. We paid thousands for a couch we only have one part of. We asked if we could bring the one half back and get a refund, so we could go get a couch somewhere that can fulfill the order. They said no they can't do that. So here we sit with no couch, no refund, and no clear answer on when we will get the rest of our couch that we paid in full for 14 weeks ago. As for me and any of my family, we have marked this place off the list and will no longer spend my money here.
