I'm there for a pleasant shopping experience, not to be growled at or ignored by employees. The associates working the fitting rooms are the sweetest! They carry an entire stock of the items they carry and never have empty shelves. Finding what she is looking for is always easy. The checkout lines can get busy, but they do move and the cashiers have always been friendly and helpful on each visit. The Kohl's Cash rewards program is a nice feature and keeps Kohl's as an option when looking at running to Kohl's for an item or ordering from Amazon. I understand the expiration date on your Kohl's Cash but wish they stayed active slightly longer. Returns have always been an easy process when items do not fit properly. During the pandemic when dressing rooms were closed, we never had any issues with making a return. The dressing rooms are now back open and my wife and the few times I have used them have found them to be well maintained, private, and secure.
