They might as well have it light up or screech like a Bald Eagle in heat when you look at it. (Is that something Bald Eagles do?) Okay, if it is any kind of disclaimer about me (if I'm not being fair to them) I really do not like just about anything with a brand name on it (there are very few exceptions but I'm sure they're there). So, I'm already biased going into this situation. The only cool thing that they've ever done is put a TV screen under plexiglass in the early 90s, and that's because I was like 10. I walked into this Outlet store today at the N GA Premium Outlets because of this very large "70% OFF" sign in the window. Plus, I was looking for some admittedly hipster ridiculousness for a photo shoot. I also cannot tell you why a store like this, time and time again, has such unfriendly, too-cool-for-school employees who - if you weren't looking right at them - you'd think they were reading a teleprompter in the most uninterested, monotone voice they can muster.. but I assume (though I've been told not to assume anything) that it's because they're actually high school students who couldn't give two sh!ts. (I have worked in a place like this.) Turns out, all was not lost today as I found a borderline-terrible hat (you know when something is so ugly it's cute? This is similar..) and some $3.99 tops that I can live with (that do not exclaim anything obnoxious). This is the reason why this store gets 2 stars instead of just 1. Because I am discount harlot.

The sales girl promptly got us a dressing room and my son the size he needed from the back of the store. At the register I was a few dollars short of a bigger coupon and the cashier made me aware right away. The place was clean and organized. I've been here off and on over the years and the place has always been messy and employees rough around the edges, but they've seem to do a complete turn around and we'll definitely be back!

In this day and age where AI usually provides better customer service than actual humans it's nice to know that outgoing, engaged young people like Ian are still out there. Of course I failed to write her name down and I knew I would forget, so to the sweet woman who helped color match me with the PUR tinted moisturizer - thank you!!! She was so kind and helpful, and made sure that I knew the exact shade and number/name that worked best for me with that line. Of course, they were all sold out and unfortunately, they were sold out online too. However, the woman working behind the counter was kind enough to tell me which other nearby locations still have it in stock. If you're a PUR fan like me, run - don't walk - to Ulta as their entire product line is 50% off right now but in-store only!
