How many strikes before we stop gaslighting ourselves into "maybe next time" with this store?…read more How many times do I keep accepting bad To-Go service before I finally say, "enough is enough?" Well, this past Friday was the breaking point. A disaster that sealed the deal. Our pick-up order was missing multiple items--and conveniently, also missing the receipt. When we called the To-Go extension, no one answered. So we did what any reasonable customer would do and called the Customer Service desk. Mistakes were made. Based on this interaction--their CS desk appears to exist solely as a place where enthusiasm and accountability go to die. The staff member who answered the phone sounded actively annoyed that we had the audacity to call. We calmly stated we are missing items from our to-go order about 25 minutes prior or at least 1 bag with a receipt attached was missing. Was a bag unclaimed? We abruptly were told "To-Go doesn't provide receipts". That was news to us, considering we've always received one, at this location and others, for years. We calmly stated, we've always received a receipt with our weekly orders and stated this was the first time this has happened. Their response? Dead air. Silence. Not confusion. Not clarification. Just...nothing. No apology. No correction. No ownership. Just vibes. Bad ones. Then comes this gem: CS: "What are you missing?" Us: "We don't have a receipt to compare, but here are six items we know we did not receive." CS: "I don't have time to look. You'll have to call back in the morning." Excuse me? Without a receipt, we couldn't compare line by line--but we knew SEVERAL items weren't received, mostly our produce. So let's recap: * Missing items * No receipt * To-Go phone unanswered * Customer Service unwilling to help * No apology * No urgency * Zero accountability And somehow that's acceptable customer service? And this isn't an isolated incident, but I've remained silent because my spouse said, "it's not worth it." #sorrynotsorry You're not only stealing money, you're driving your customer base AWAY, far away. The To-Go department is consistently disorganized at this location, and the problems don't stop there, the quality of produce and dairy is abysmal--wilted, questionable--borderline embarrassing for a grocery store that charges a premium for convenience. Which raises some serious questions: Where is the quality assurance? Who is training these personal shoppers? Who is supervising these departments? Who--if anyone--is held accountable? Because at this point, the inconvenience isn't just the missing groceries. It's systemic indifference. Convenience should not come with incompetence, rudeness, and a complete lack of basic customer care. If this is the standard Hannaford is willing to accept, customers would be better off shopping literally anywhere else.

Requested a refund from Hannafords in Goffstown and they said they were not responsible. Will never shop there again, I now use market basket and other grocery chains. I live closest to the Goffstown Hannafords, but i will drive further to other grocery store chains because they can't honor a minor amount of money $250 in which they sold the card. Also they are way more expensive that any other chain in NH. Useless store manager!!!!

Worst experience ever. Employees were very disrespectful from beginning to end. They did not give…read moreme a receipt. I paid $106 for 5 visits at $80 plus got eye protection for $4 and a single use bronzer, how did the total come to $106. The single use bronzer was $22??? They would not assist me when asking about products or services. Super rude the whole time. When I got out of the tanning booth the door to the room was open. It took me about 5 minutes to put lotion on and get dressed and the staff kept walking by with rude comments to rush me, mind you the place was empty. So I left and went out to my car and realized I left my brand new vape in the room because of being rushed so went back in to grab it and the two woman were like nope it's not here. I know it was because I seen it fall out of my hoodie and thought don't forget to grab that before leaving. Overall experience 0/10!!!!! Would highly NOT RECOMMEND. I'm missed I'm stuck going back there 4 more times

Good spot! They offer several services, including tanning and infrared sauna treatment. Employees…read moreare friendly and helpful, and the location is kept very clean. They also have lots of tanning/health products for sale if you're interested in those things. I liked the fact that the rooms were very clean and private, and even have Alexa to give voice commands to play music, or to control the tv that's also in the room to watch your favorite shows. I did the infrared sauna "intro" and was fairly pleased with the results. I have a sauna at home but it's a big walk-in box whereas this is a lay-down egg-shaped bed that your head is outside. I was worried this would be claustrophobic but it's not at all. With your head being out, and the fact that you can lift it and stop anytime, made it super comfortable. The bed also gives you the option to engage a fan to cool down your head, as well as a vibration massage which felt great. It gets pretty hot when you do the fat burning option, but I was disappointed that I didn't sweat as much as I do at home (the main reason I went was to sweat and detoxify), which I'm thinking means I should turn the fan off next time so my face doesn't get cooled off and maybe that would help. But if you don't want to sweat or don't care about the sweat part, you'll be good to go with the default settings. The only other thing I didn't like about my experience was the confusing prices that I didn't feel were communicated transparently until I showed up. I had to drive a bit to get here, and I showed up thinking my trial was free (as it says on the website) but in order to do a full 30 minutes you have to pay $35. (After the first time, it's $50 for 30 minutes unless you buy a package, in which case it's a little cheaper) They also informed me when I was paying that I also I had to buy two garments (one reusable and one not) that were $12 total. So I went in thinking this would be free and walked out paying $47. Not very cool. I would be fine with the price if that was very clearly explained to me in advance. So just be aware (and ask beforehand) about hidden fees.

I had sometime on a Saturday morning in mid October 2024, so I took a short walk from my hotel to…read morethis Dollar Tree. It was nice to have this Family Dollar so close within walking distance. I was like alright, I might as well check out and buy some stuff before heading out to Milford for a run event. It was nice to have this Family Dollar store that close, which was maybe 100 feet from the hotel. This Dollar Tree type of store is kind of smaller than some I've been to elsewhere. Family Dollar has basically also items that seems to be random and may not be stuff you want around the house on an average day, but it also has every day items too, namely cheap-ish food items. After two times around the store, I ended up picking up some ready made food items and some ice cream novelties. Who doesn't like ice cream from Family Dollar?! The total time spent inside the store was no more than 45 minutes. By that time, there was 7 people ready to check out that was ahead of me. The store was organized to a tee and definitely was clean. Stocked with every day products, Family Dollar is my favorite place to go to while on vacation, if I can remember to go. With that said, the service here was good, friendly, and fast. It was an uneventful experience that proved to be a good thing that morning. It gave me something to do and some social interaction with people while grabbing needed items for my short trip to Manchester, NH in mid October 2024. Family Dollar is your community store for all things everyday including this one in Manchester, NH. This particular Family Dollar store experience overall was nice, uneventful, and pleasant. Once the line cleared, I said hi to the cashier, presented my items, paid, and gladly walked out with my purchase. It was one of those quick stops that made me smile. Not like long lines at the bank or anything like that. Just a quick stop and I was on my way back to the hotel. I really like this Dollar Tree store because it was close enough to the hotel. I love the Dollar Tree brand for anything that I need on any given day while I travel. I mainly shop for food or drink items but sometimes occasionally, I would get other things, depending on what I need. On this trip in Manchester, a few bottle drinks and some household items I forgot to pack in my luggage. For the most part though, I think I enjoyed my time here at this particular Family Dollar because of the close proximity to the hotel. For the most part though, it was a good place to go to for your daily essentials and snacks and drinks. They try daily to be your daily stop shop for all your needs. Often times, they do succeed! And so, if you need that soda or chips or just anything else you may be missing from your life and you're in the Manchester, NH area, consider on stopping by. They'll be glad to see you. This particular Dollar Tree location is located in Manchester, NH, physically anchored in at 403 Second Street in a residential area. They accept major credit cards as well as cash. As far as parking goes, there is limited parking here for anybody and everybody who wants to shop here. I walked to and from here on foot from the Econolodge I was staying nearby, so it was just a short walk to this Family Dollar. Not sure if there was public transportation that runs thru the area, but chances are there is for anyone who needs it. Of course, there is uber and lyft for those of yall who need it. With that in mind, if you need Family Dollar in your life and are in the area, consider coming to this location for a quiet and surreal shopping experience. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. They have a pharmacy I think, but I would check to see if they have special hours for pick ups and refills. 4.0 stars for the overall experience. 5.0 stars for the location but still need to walk here lol 3.0 stars for the service and the prices.
