Our visit today to this location is one of the best we've had yet!!! Two and half hours flew by just like that! (Masks are required upon entry and throughout your shopping experience). Overall the store had great selection and organization (for a Dirt Cheap). Furniture and sporting equipment are in the "foyer" opening when you first enter. Clothes take up the rest of the front and middle of the store. Bedding and curtains line the back wall. Everything else is in between! For the best deal finding, download the Dirt Cheap Deal Finder app before your trip. It may not always scan, but you don't have to wait until getting the register to see tour deals. Once we reached the register, the staff was super kind, helpful and willing to dish out the deals! We found shoes for 50 cents, make up for 9 cents, Christmas ornaments for 10 cents, clothes galore and a bar stool for $25! If you're unfamiliar with Dirt Cheap, they have many great name brands for crazy, discount price, but it's up to you to hunt down the deals! Can't wait to visit this Dirt Cheap location again! When arriving to the tire station (outside), no one came and assisted me, nor did anyone ask if I needed help. Two men who were on their phones and did not acknowledge that I pulled up. As I walked inside of the tire department, a manager (man named Jamie) who looked very unhappy was on his phone texting, and gave me a look as if I was a bother to him when asking for assistance. He shrugged the whole time and kept blowing air due to his own life aggravation. I am not educated in the tire department, I had no clue what size tires I needed. He asked me if I could go to my car's manual to see what size was my tire. When I told him I did not have a manual in my vehicle, he told me he would try to look it up on his system but he couldn't promise me anything. Meanwhile, he was on his phone and seemed very urged to be helping me. I could not believe this man was a manager. He was very unprofessional. I finally pulled up the size tire on MY phone and when I asked him to help me order them, he told me I had to be the one who ordered them and he was busy, momentarily. Lol. So, I went home and ordered them ( I ended up saving a lot more this way). Glad he was too busy with his texting to help, it always works out. When arriving today, everyone was eager to help! Miss Jenny and Carla went above and beyond to find the tires I had ordered previously. The cashier was a little antsy to leave, but I'm sure it had been a long day. They were very busy! Then, the card reader terminals are so worn out that they require 3-4 tries to read a plain bank card, and then they lock up and require some disinterested employee to take a break from playing on their phone to come over and run it IF IT WILL EVER RUN, or walk everything over to a real lane and then run everything through again. At some point it doesn't matter how much stuff you have on the shelves IF IT'S NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO SIMPLY PAY FOR IT!!!

The cashier, Dasia, repeatedly asked her--at least five times--if she had pressed the call button, in a very abrupt tone. The woman looked embarrassed and didn't seem to understand what was being asked of her. It just felt unnecessarily harsh. I completely understand retail can be stressful, but a little patience and kindness, especially with older customers, would go a long way. Apparently, on Fed 26th they open as a Instyle salon which is supposed to really improve the experience. Got my hair cut there by 3 different people on different occasions- all great results...I am a guy and not picky. Lots of new stuff here and new home things coming so it is being remodeled.
