I always stick to the cheap area on the right. So far I've bought a futon, a tall shelving unit with wicker sides, a ~5' tall bookcase, and a rice cooker. Most things have stickers with dates, the prices dropping as each date passes. If a date drop is close enough, they may go ahead and give it to you for that price, even if the date hasn't passed yet. I can't remember what I spent on the futon and shelving unit, but the bookcase was just a smidge under $9 and the rice cooker was $5. The workers are polite and helpful. They cleared off the bookshelf for me and loaded it into my vehicle. The store accepts cash and cards.

When arriving to the tire station (outside), no one came and assisted me, nor did anyone ask if I needed help. Two men who were on their phones and did not acknowledge that I pulled up. As I walked inside of the tire department, a manager (man named Jamie) who looked very unhappy was on his phone texting, and gave me a look as if I was a bother to him when asking for assistance. He shrugged the whole time and kept blowing air due to his own life aggravation. I am not educated in the tire department, I had no clue what size tires I needed. He asked me if I could go to my car's manual to see what size was my tire. When I told him I did not have a manual in my vehicle, he told me he would try to look it up on his system but he couldn't promise me anything. Meanwhile, he was on his phone and seemed very urged to be helping me. I could not believe this man was a manager. He was very unprofessional. I finally pulled up the size tire on MY phone and when I asked him to help me order them, he told me I had to be the one who ordered them and he was busy, momentarily. Lol. So, I went home and ordered them ( I ended up saving a lot more this way). Glad he was too busy with his texting to help, it always works out. When arriving today, everyone was eager to help! Miss Jenny and Carla went above and beyond to find the tires I had ordered previously. The cashier was a little antsy to leave, but I'm sure it had been a long day. They were very busy! They close one entire side of the checkout section over two hours early and closed the doors. Forced me to walk to the whole opposite side of the store to leave. Completely illegal, by the way. I did get some signs for outside my front door, which was $5. They are cute but flimsy so I'm not expecting to use them for another season. The cashier was quick so no complaints. Amanda made a few phone calls to her reps and about a month later, called me and said she was able to order them and they were in stock. She went above and beyond what most retailers are willing to do nowdays. They get an A+++ for customer service. It's also fun to look at all the wonderful Louisiana themed items they sell as well.
