I had a very disappointing experience at the Walmart on US-1 and Leonard, and I feel completely…read moreignored and disrespected by management after an incident that damaged my car. A few weeks ago, an employee left a cart mule directly behind my vehicle in a blind spot area of the parking lot. I went into the store, came back out, got into my car, checked my mirrors and backup camera like I always do, and I never saw the cart mule behind me. When I backed up, I accidentally hit it because it had been left in a place that was impossible for me to see. I immediately reported the incident to Walmart. Employees took pictures, completed a report, and I fully cooperated. Later, I spoke with management, and even the manager acknowledged that I had walked to my car without ever noticing the cart mule. The manager became very quiet during the conversation because it was obvious this equipment should never have been left directly behind parked vehicles where customers are backing out. Despite all of this, Walmart denied responsibility and refused to pay for the damage to my car, claiming it was my fault simply because I "passed by it." That makes absolutely no sense when the equipment was left in a blind spot by their employee in the first place. This situation could have been avoided entirely if employees followed basic parking lot safety procedures. Instead of taking responsibility, Walmart chose to blame the customer. Very disappointed with the way this store handled the situation and the lack of accountability from management. Customers should be aware of how careless this location is with safety in the parking lot and how poorly they handle legitimate claims afterward.

She even raised the volume of her voice over mine when I repeatedly said I was not interested. Now she was creating a scene in front of the people in line behind me. She then said, "I'm just doing my job, sir" with a very snotty and disrespectful tone. She even had the nerve to say that I would still get the discount if my application wasn't accepted...suggesting that I have bad credit. No, I don't have bad credit, I just don't want a Kohl's card, and I definitely don't want to be badgered about it. I understand Kohl's trains cashiers to present the credit card option to customers, but she went way beyond that and was pestering...and creating a scene in front of other customers. Needless-to-say, I won't be back.

I like Bealls, but this Port St. Lucie store on US 1 rarely has more than a dozen people in it at…read moreany given time. I'm not sure how it stays open. They don't employ enough people for obvious reasons. With the exception of the front counter, very rarely are there any customer service people to help you. The shoe department, both men's and women's are always a disaster area. One thing that is consistent is that the roof is constantly leaking. On any given day of the week, you see scenes like the photos I posted throughout the store. The property manager needs to spend some money and repair this eye sore. Without this store, you have a dead plaza.

I decided to drive to Target in Jensen Beach fl and run in for the items I needed. I shopped and grabbed everything on my list. I proceeded to the checkout and behind me I heard an employee simply going up to everyone and greeting them in the softest of voices and wishing them a great day. In my head I was like "please don't come over to me "..... but she did. Her name was Erica Tucker. I knew she looked familiar (a friend of a friend ). She greeted me and asked if I needed help. She wished me a great day and offered me a soothing smile. I can't explain what that did for me. Thank you Erica! I hope this message gets back to you. Keep shining bc your light was added to a very dark and gloomy day I was having. Thanks for being my Light. And it didn't cost me a thing. It was free. I left her a $5 Starbucks gift card as a thank you. Hope she enjoyed a cup of coffee on me.
