Kohls always has a good selection for work pants, khakis and jeans. Though I've never worked in retail and never plan on it. The girl upfront seemed so miserable. I hope she feels better. I bought some clothes today and I had a good experience up until it was time to check out. My experience with the cashier was very poor. When she began asking if I wanted to apply for a Kohl's credit card I said no, but she didn't take no for an answer and she kept asking. I said no again but she kept going. She even raised the volume of her voice over mine when I repeatedly said I was not interested. Now she was creating a scene in front of the people in line behind me. She then said, "I'm just doing my job, sir" with a very snotty and disrespectful tone. She even had the nerve to say that I would still get the discount if my application wasn't accepted...suggesting that I have bad credit. No, I don't have bad credit, I just don't want a Kohl's card, and I definitely don't want to be badgered about it. I understand Kohl's trains cashiers to present the credit card option to customers, but she went way beyond that and was pestering...and creating a scene in front of other customers. I gotta say that Kohl's doesn't have a lot of the clothes that I like to wear, but they definitely have some. I also love the variety of stuff they have in the store and the fact that I can return Amazon products here. Having Kohl's as a return site for Amazon is GENIUS! It allowed me to return some items I no longer had use for in a timely fashion AND I was able to do some shopping here at Kohl's which is not my "usual" go to store :) I purchased some household items I was in need of, the sales people were readily available, kind and knowledgeable. I got some great deals PLUS Kohl's bucks for retuning my Amazon items directly to their store! Again, in a word: GENIUS :D Two big thumbs up KOHL'S! I have always found great items and deals at this Kohls. Price and selection is great! But the reason for this review is to say that "Nick" the manager (who was working on a Thursday evening in early Jan 2025) went above and beyond to get a price checked for me on a clearance item. It seems as of late, customers aren't the priority anymore... BUT not here... He went out of this way to assist me, and I am very thankful for that. Nick is a great manager, and Kohls should feel lucky to have him. Thank you Nick, for your time, and thank you Kohls for hiring professional personnel. Keep up the good work! I visited Kohl's today in search of a nice dress shirt for an upcoming function. Hot Wife and I went to a few other stores first but ended up at this Kohl's. It a satellite of the treasure coast mall packed away behind Taco Bell. Not too difficult to find. The layout of the store is nice and seems to flow well. Men's stuff on the right hand side entrance, Women's on the left entrance. Of course they are connected inside but maybe that'll save you some time when choosing a parking space. The quality of their items are hit and miss. The men's apparel varies in quality but generally pretty good looking casual wear up to more formal wear. I get hot really easily so I have to really pay attention what each piece's fabric content is. This sometimes prohibits picking up something I thought looked nice such as some polo shirts, or button down short sleeves as they almost always have a huge amount of polyester/rayon and not as much cotton blends.They always seem to have some decent sales, and in my case I ended up buying two dress shirts in different colors since they were buy one get another 50% off. I liked the style and fit of the shirts so I bought another in a different color. Hot Wife explored some of the women's clothes and her big complaint was the lack of natural fibers in the clothing with tons of polyester/rayon and the styles were more dowdy or were not fashion forward. The checkout was pretty quick after a line developed and another clerk came over to help expedite the process. The Men's dressing room was clean but perhaps needed a little attention as there were several hangers in the room I used. read more

I don't even recognize this store anymore. It used to be my go to for Christmas. Gone are the fun quirky gifts and gag boxes. I use to love the jewelry department. All gone. Hope everyone wants Sephora for Christmas because it's taken over the whole store. I will never shop there again read more

The Jenson Beach Kohl's has one of the WORST customer services I have ever experienced in my years of Kohl's shopping. I have been shopping at Kohl's for many years now and I am a very loyal shopper there, despite a few problems with my card. I had recently ordered online and my order had been canceled, so I called to straighten it out. They told me I could give the store my order number to redeem my $150 in Kohl's cash that I had earned. When I had went into Kohl's I was directed to customer service to get my Kohl's cash. When I had got there they told me I could NOT receive the Kohl's cash I had earned, despite being told I could online. So they had me call corporate on their in store phone and corporate said that they should have given me my Kohl's cash. Then when corporate asked for the store manager they did not give the manger and gave us the area manager and would not honor the Kohl's cash AT ALL. In conclusion I will not be shopping at this Kohl's any longer and corporate reported the store and its manager. read more

Kohl's is one of the best department store around! I shop rarely, but when I do, I shop Kohl's. Most of my experience is shopping for women or junior clothes. I find clothes in my size (XS-S) on sale or clearance, which is very rare at other stores. And the same thing applies online! In my online cart I had 5 items that cost about $140 and after the sale, promo codes and coupons, I only ended up spending $66 with free shipping! The Kohl's website is easy to navigate and you can filter what you want to display and price range. So far in my experience the online sizes are true to their size - just make sure you use the measuring chart for each item. I have no complaints about Kohl's except I wish it was a tad closer to me, but that's what's great about the online store at my fingertips :) read more
