I didn't make contact because I felt uncomfortable he continued to speak loudly all customers cashiers hearing him target me. He kept hounding me so he said "he's trying to make me laugh. I was just joking." I said , "that's what bullies say" What kind manger singles out a customer on return line ! He has done this everytime I go return things! I m upset I will not shop there again! I'm telling friends and family about the three incidents each time he loudly shamed me for returning things. They are shocked and they will not shop there neither will I. Mr Paul has caused me great anxiety !!!!! it use be my favorite store I just can't go back. How could a manger be so cruel! I did nothing but quietly wait online to return and he publicly shamed ! He's a manager! He needs to manage the store not me! It's none of his business what I return! I returned according to policy what's his problem. He needs sensitivity training! I was on the hunt for something festive and when I saw Oak Hill Farms on Instagram, I couldn't wait…read moreto visit. It was such a fun find! It's a market, shop, cafe all in one. There isn't any place to sit and sip your drinks, but instead of sitting, you can take your latte for a stroll around the shop. This seems like a great place for stocking stuffers and gifts. They have lotions, soaps, candles, holiday decor pieces, ornaments. All things that everyone loves to receive and rarely buys for themselves. If you are in more of a window shopping mood, they have samples of everything. At the cafe counter (also where you can pay) you'll find a small but mighty coffee menu. I got the gingerbread latte and loved every sip. My coworker got the latte with hot honey in it and said it had just the right kick. For a place that doesn't seem to specialize in coffees, they did make two wonderful drinks for us. There was plenty of parking and it looks like they do quite a bit outside (maybe on the weekends?) with the tree lot and farm in the back.

There were plenty of spots on a Tuesday afternoon around 3pm. When you enter you go through these giant barn doors. The inside is a lot of fall decor with candles, bakeware, kitchen towels, all the cute home stuff that makes your house extra cozy for fall. They also have a little coffee area too but I had already gotten coffee earlier so I didn't order any. Although everything was super cute, it was also a bit pricey so I unfortunately only bought some lotion which was really moisturizing and smelled AMAZING. Something I really liked is that you could sample most of the lotions and sprays so although I didn't buy them, I could at least try them out. If you go through the back exit, you enter the farm portion with a little pumpkin patch, donkeys, and sheep! There were a few places for "photo ops" too. If you walk further there's actually a little garden/flower field which was really nice to walk around and take pictures. You couldn't pick any flowers at this time but maybe we could've earlier in the season in the summer. This was a cute little farm that I would come back to for another season to see how they change it up. Although some of the items were pricier I would come back to get something as a gift. I think there's a lot of nice stuff to give for a housewarming and it's good quality too.

I went to the Starbucks in Barnes and Noble in Holmdel this morning and I felt like I should write…read morethis review. I was there when they opened April 24. I bought a cappuccino. After starting to drink it... I realized that this is the one of the worst cups of coffee I had ever attempted to consume. The barista had over over over frothed the milk and it literally tasted like butter. It was gross and not drinkable. I waited in line again and I said "this coffee isn't very good. May I please have a black iced coffee instead?" (This is the simplest easiest drink I could think of. I didn't want to trouble her.). She replies... "what's wrong with it?" Me... "it tastes like a stick of butter" Her..."it's supposed to taste that way. It's frothed milk." Me... "No it's not. I have made and drank many cappuccinos and they are not supposed to taste like a stick of butter. I literally can not drink this." Her... "whatever sir... they are supposed to taste like that...but if you want something else, I'll have to give to you a refund." Me... "the iced coffee and the cappuccino are the same price... does that matter?" Her..."sir. Don't be rude. I'm trying to help you." Then she mumbles under her breath... "I'm not dealing with this shit today." Me... "ma'am why are you being so rude? I can obviously hear you mumbling." Her...again..."I'm trying to help you sir. Go wait over there" Then... she mumbles under her breath more... Makes me an iced coffee with so much ice she can't even put the lid on... and basically throws it at me. I am a regular customer at Starbucks in Long Branch. I worked in food service for 2 decades and have owned restaurants. I am the most polite coffee customer imaginable and this woman was just an awful person to deal with in every way. The coffee was really bad too. I hope someone in charge there sees this and has a word with her.
