So I look and I have a 10% off and a $50 off "qualifying" clothing. So I show her my 50% off and she says, "It only works for online". I show her where it doesn't say that. She asks for the $10 off coupon, and it has meanwhile disappeared from my phone. I ask her if it might be in my email, and she says, "Yes...in 2-3 days". I control my voice and ask if she could help me find it. "I don't have all day, I have other customers". So I take my purchases, and she actually asks me for my email. It didn't work the first time, so why would I give it now? I shop about once a year at Belk's because they have no cashiers or help. Looks like the bankruptcy in 2021 didn't help them improve.

The anchor stores of this mall include JC Penney, Belk, TJ Maxx, and Office Depot. A couple of other stores to note are Margarita's Mexican Restaurant, Bath & Body Works, Merle Norman, Rack Room Shoes, and Rite Aid to name several. I guess this is a great mall if you are looking to do some shopping and trying to avoid the crowds typical of most malls in America.

I picked up a windshield shade because mine broke and went straight to the one I owned previously , there were 6 when I walked up and I saw they were only $4.50 on clearance so I grabbed one. At the register the associate said it was scanning as $9.50, while this isn't a bad price at all, it is not what the electronic tag said. She went back to the automotive area and took a photograph of I guess another area where the same shade was for that higher price and insinuated that I was incorrect. I clarified that I took 2 separate photographs showing the amount of shades on that hook and when she returned from talking to her manager , she said "my manager said we can do it this as a one time courtesy". Every Walmart I have worked at taught you during training , if an item is in the incorrect place and there is multiple of it , you have to honor the price. Whether this is company wide or store specific, I am unsure. The whole experience and energy of the associate that was I was a nuisance for wanting the price I saw on the electronic tag. I believe if I had not taken a picture to send to a friend telling her to come grab one, they wouldn't have had that "courtesy" , I understand the associates are overworked and underpaid but the entire experience made me feel not only inconvenienced enough to hop on yelp and write a review but left a very sour taste in my mouth about this location in totality.

Worst store ever, The manager was extremely rude and they robbed us of our money. Back again because I need some more drawers, and counter space…read more Yesterday afternoon, I called, and spoke with Bobby (the ssalesman with whom I have been dealing with on other things). And, he told me that they have Microwave hutches on wheels. So, after having a very good breakfast, dropping of some laundry to be done, and some shopping, I stopped by to check them out. While the style (wood with a metal frame and rack on unlockable wheels) wasn't exactly what I would have preferred, the $98.00 price could not be beat! So, I purchased 2 of them. And again, same day delivery. 8-) And, speaking of delivery + setup (I was too late to edit my original review to include it), when think crew delivered my bedroom set and other items, everything was protected by padded sheets, and strapped in. During setup, the guys were very careful not to hit the walls or doors. 8-) So, kudos to everyone there! I'll be posting pictures later.

She still sleeps on a mattress in the floor. We were pulling her bed from the wall to rearrange her room and the wood from the headboard and side rails, split and from them on, was a disaster. I have moved furniture plenty of times in my life to vacuum, or move in general and have never had a bed basically rip apart. Prices are good but furniture quality is poor from my experience... her mattress is sunken in the middle and she has to sleep on the sofa I purchased that doesn't have springs sticking out of the bottom to rest. I had rather pay more and get good quality as I did with my bedroom furniture and our last living room set. I ran into a snaggle and needed financing and fast service, which they provided, but it will cost me more in the end, so lesson learned.
