One checker and you could tell she wasn't into her job or customer service at all. Just going thru the motions. It wasn't just me complaining. The whole line was. At one point there were 9 people waiting forever and 3 people waiting on presales and 1 person waiting on an online order. It took my whole lunch hour to get a few little items. One lady said she would not return and the other said if she wanted to shop at Belk she would go to Lufkin. I'm not too sure I will be back! With it being the only Nac place to shop they really need to step it up!

About three weeks before Christmas I'll stop in and look for a pair of boots and couldn't find…read moreanyone to assist me so I left. After that my wife bought me a pair of jeans for Christmas. And of course she got the wrong size so I took them back today to get a new pair jeans or a refund. The manager said that they do not stock too manyodd number sizes. That They can order a pair for me. Since I didn't want to wait for them to order a pair jeans I asked for a refund. To my surprise she said the only way they would allow me to receive a refund was to put it on the card purchased the jeans or they could give me a card that could only be only be used at their store. So to make a long story short to get a refund on my wife will have to make another trip to the store with her card to get a refund. This is the last time that they will ever see me in there their store. I guess the good thing is at least nobody from out of town or out of state gave me a gift that came from this group of stores. PS I asked the manager what was the difference between the these jeans and the jeans at Walmart same Brand at half the price and she couldn't tell me!
