Well while I have usually been a return customer practically because I am a sucker for clearance items, my visits are become less and less frequent more so then last year. Reason for this? Let me explain... If you were to look in my wardrobe, you would see jackets, shirts, jeans, and shorts that are more then likely from Old Navy. These may look nice at first glance but as time went on after I purchased most of these items, the fabric began to tear and a lot of jeans began to completely fall apart. I would also like to point out I didn't buy these jeans on clearance, they were normal priced, which ran around a hefty price of thirty dollars. Needless to say, I wasn't overly satisfied when my sleek skinny's completely gave out at the knees. I have had similar issues with shirts where the fabric was coming off in small strands that if you started to pull on them, you couldn't stop. Nevertheless, I have ceased purchasing anything from this particular Old Navy for about a year or two now. I can say though that through all the times I have been through here, I have never had a problem with the employees who worked at the register and on the floor. My inquiries about certain items were meant with a positive reception, no huffs or puffs about me "wasting their time" unlike some other "higher-end" department stores. Seeing how I still see most of these employees still working here, it makes the reason to shop here again more welcoming. I'll be a bit more cautious if I decide to initiate shopping here once again. I recommend giving the clothes you are going to buy a good once-over after trying them on to check for any damage or imperfections, it'll save you more money then you think.

The store is well laid out, bright, and well-stocked, except for accessories. They've only been open a few weeks, so I was very surprised to see an almost depleted accessory area. I was looking for inexpensive hair accessories for Daughter. I was also looking for a certain hair product for her. The female cashier came over to help me; she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She used to work for Rite Aid and said the product I was looking for is something that Rite Aid carries. She seemed genuinely interested in helping me, and that's what put them at 4 stars.

Masking here was pretty hit and miss, with folks (shoppers, not staff) pulling down their masks making me dodge dip dive and dodge around a bit. However, the store is really well organized and there were even some really great furniture pieces all around too. I would recommend coming here for books as well, as they are well priced and readily available. Looking forward to my next visit!

I was also invited to come into the store if I felt like they weren't clear enough. I appreciated the option for store pick up or having items shipped directly to my home. It was a busy time and having the items shipped to me was worth the extra few dollars. I ordered a sweatshirt, a long-sleeved tee, and two short sleeve t-shirts. All of the items were of excellent quality, and extremely soft. I also felt like the pricing was very reasonable. By far the worst Walmart I've ever been to.... And that's saying a lot. Started on the parking lot,…read morelots of shopping carts piled up and scattered everywhere. Maybe the cart collector was on a break or they need help. Garbage all over. In the store in wasn't much better, trash n the floor, in desperate need of a sweeping. Grabbed my few items and wanted to get right out. Long line at the self checkouts... about 15 people deep. But surprisingly only 5 self checkouts were open. There were 3 Walmart employees just standing there watching all of us... but really only one would help out if needed. Learned a lot as I stood there for so long. Another employee came over and we asked why they only had 5 opened her response was that's all we need... to many employees just standing around doing nothing... At the exit another employee wanted to see our receipt... either trust me to do your work or get rid of the self checkouts. Funny thing is he told us all he does is look to see that it's the correct store number... these guys are beyond unprofessional. Very sad. Definitely not coming back to this dump.
