Today, I went shopping with my 4 year old daughter. We were in the kids section shopping and my daughter picked something up and I told her to put it back where she found it. An associate immediately came up to her and said "give me that, I'm going to put it back where it belongs." As my daughter walked back to me I hear the associate complaining about things being all over the floor, basically blaming it all on my daughter. We continued to shop in another area to which the associate came into a few minutes later and said that my daughter was dropping stuff all over the floor and leaving messes everywhere and told her to get out. I was right there with her....and there were other children that had been in that section that could have easily made a mess. I literately don't know how you can be so rude and point fingers at someone when it could have easily been someone else, not to mention.... that is what she was getting paid to do.... her job is to literally go through the store and pick up and organize things. I worked in retail for 12 years, I get that you want to keep things neat, but don't be rude to paying customers. And you wonder why the area is going down and businesses don't last... it's because of people like her. Customer service matters and how you treat people matters. I've spent plenty of money there over the past eight years..... and they'll never see another dime from me.

They had a very different inventory so I was not able to find anything of interest and those really cute sandals had sold out in my size. Uggghh! However, I can say that the store smelled and looked very clean. Every single department was in order and designed so that customers were able to easily find what they needed. This store is in the same shopping center as Ross and Burlington and I have noticed that they all carry the same theme: Keep it clean and organized! Whatever they are doing, it is working because I would definitely to return to shop here in the future. For a Saturday afternoon, the store was very quiet and one could actually shop in peace. Also, there was not a long line of tired and frustrated customers which is frequently the case at my local store. Although this store is quite a distance from my home,I would have no problem returning to shop on future visit to this area. It was my pleasure!

No price on the tree but thought what the heck I might be able to rig a stand, took to the cashier she said no price has to go back to warehouse, saw the manager and thought maybe he could price it, instead he GRABBED it from me and said it had to go back to the warehouse for pricing. Wow. Merry Christmas right? BTW got a small one in a box from Goodwill for four bucks, and if they don't have a price on an item they will take it right back and price it, same with Value Village. What's up with Salvation Army not treating customers and workers with decency and respect? I used to work for them at the Youth Lodge on Howell Mill and always thought highly of them but all I gotta say is DO BETTER.

I followed up by email on December 19, 2025, and at no point was I informed that consignment items must have tags attached--an unusual requirement for resale, especially for high‑end nightgowns and robes that were gifted and barely worn. My items were delivered to the Lilburn store on December 27, 2025, at 11:14 a.m. Despite multiple attempts to get an update, no one has been able to tell me where my items are or why I was never contacted if they were deemed unacceptable. My consignment contract included my full name, email address, phone number and physical address and was emailed directly to BBPD's business email address. When I finally reached an employee, they confirmed they received my items, but I was told the items could not be accepted due to missing tags, yet staff strangely could not locate my items for return. This is unacceptable. To date, I have received no explanation and no resolution.

She was talking to me and began asking if everything was okay. Why are you disturbing my browsing if you are helping a customer, along with talking to someone else you know?
