I went up to the front of the store to ask to speak to the manager on duty, which is today at 2/6/2926 4:48 PM. The manager on duty was called to the front of customer service several times, and after waiting 35 minutes, I left the store. This location needs revised training for every employee, from management down, on customer service. The only good experience that I had was the greeter at the door. It's sad as consumers we have to be yelled at just for asking a question

I even got to go through the Halloween clearance, and came up with a few bargains to take home to Florida. Nice, clean and thoroughly stocked store. The salesperson was very helpful and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. I was informed they have a rewards program and a credit card as well. The store kinda reminds me of a TJMaxx. Based on my previous visit it would have been a long time before I came back(5yrs) ago but now will be returning to do some additional shopping. They have specials currently happening and they have specials during the beginning g of the week, I think you have to be a rewards member to take advantage of the savings.

The lines reached at least 50-100 yards each the self checkout out even longer. Lines were so long that customers deserted their buggies in random places with perishable items.... complete waste yet avoidable if the store would open more lanes. Due to covid precautions you would think more lines would be open to avoid clusters of people in one tight area. I will avoid at all cost!! Just horrible
