Pleasant. But recently I had a terrible experience in store with an employee and the manager and it's put a really bad taste in my mouth. I had a complicated return regarding a mistake by corporate and despite having an email from customer service (who I had called prior to driving all the way in to figure out what was going on and how to deal with it) detailing what the store should do they still hassled me about it and tried not to honor it. It was uncomfortable and upsetting. I may not return over it and shop at other locations despite them being farther away. Gave this location the benefit of the doubt as I have had good experiences in the past but this was just inexcusably bad. **Edit after trying to use the gift card I went in for at my earlier comments: turns out they botched the return and the store credit I received has "an issue" where it appears to "be fraudulent" (this is coming strait from customer service) which so far has resulted in a canceled order & now multiple calls to customer service to get the situation sorted out. I don't know if this was done on purpose out of malice or if it was simply a mistake but they didn't want to accept my customer mandated retention to begin with and it was a bit of a fight and now this? So while I have had positive experiences here in the past & initially gave them the benefit of the doubt with that in mind (3 stars) I'm changing that in light of this new information and will not return to this location in the future.

I contacted the FOX's customer service and was basically yelled at (they implied that I lied!). We did not think anything of our arrival time, as the mall stays open until 9:00 PM...however five minutes into our shop and we hear that they are closing at 7:00 PM. We found it really bizarre and asked a staff member if it was a special closing for the night or their hours and all we got was "not special" and they walked off. Was the weirdest interaction...and was honestly rude. Given that we had things in our hands to try on and they were clearly in a rush to close, we simply shelved the clothes and hopped across the parking lot to Belk. I gave 2 stars for the brand and the fact that before leaving, we did find a few well priced items that would have been nice to purchase, but...oh well. I am usually a massive fan of JCPenney for my formal wear as they always have a good selection at decent prices, but next time I am in need, I will probably hit a few other spots first and have this particular location as a last resort in my search.

A few months ago I went to the Penny's by Northpoint mall with a friend and her daughter who was going to a school dance. She needed a dress that was age appropriate. We were able to find one for $40. So now she's super into this store which is great because they have great clothes for teens that aren't revealing or low cuts. They're nice quality too. They hold up in the wash well and don't shrink or fade after a couple of washes. Plus they're easy on the budget.
