I shop them at least monthly and they are consistently above average. A negative on top is the men's room. It's hit or miss clean. Also the sinks do not always work, or have soap. Finally l, under the sinks is just plain nasty pipes. A metal skirt that hides plumbing has been missing for years. Let's get to positives and there are many. The staff are helpful, approachable and smile. That's big for me. Some however meh, it happens. The store is well stocked with goods I care about such as produce. Other aspects of the store are very good too! I often find most areas are organized and clean. Over Christmas I purchased for the first time clothes for my wife. She loved the lounge wear by Auden. One of the bigger positives are the store displays. They are attractive and eye catching. The recent winter display featuring Woolridge was very cool. Finally the price points are often very good. To be honest they are not as good as Walmart, but better than others. An example is Amy's soups for $3.89, but Kroger $4.19. I will be back. I'm a super fan of Target.

They have so much bring a combo store of TJ Maxx and Home Goods. Staff has been friendly when approached, but they have never been proactive which is why a star deduction. Checkouts can be long, but I get it as they are extremely popular. Hold onto your receipts or returns can be a problem. I will continue to shop them and appreciate the combination store.

She always does a great job checking the clothes. She also remembers me and one of my friends that often goes with me. She treats us like we are so special. The Shops at Hilltop are located on the Southeast corner off the intersection of Laskin and First Colonial. All the shops are collectively known as The Shoppes of Hilltop. However, the break it down by East and West. Customers have one access point off First Colonial and three off Laskin. If there is a drawback it's the bottleneck on the First Colonial side during rush. I have never had an issue with parking. The lot can be a bit hit or miss on debris. They do have a few security guards that patrol. I have never felt unsafe. The stores I frequent the most are Fruitive, Fresh Market, Bottlecraft, Bakers Crust, Cobalt Grille, Tino and Nectar. A few more in between as there are a lot of stores. My family enjoy the Shoppes at Hilltop and I would recommend working them in your rotation. Many are local businesses which is more reason.

I always find it with a dirty parking lot, not enough employees, and incredibly long lines. Employees are indifferent and unprofessional - often roaming around in groups talking and socializing and not at all willing to help customers locate items. They usually have only 1-2 cashiers while the line for the self-checkout has 30+ people in it. I don't think the prices here are good enough to justify shopping here. I prefer to spend more and only come here when I'm basically desperate.
