Update to prior review…read more I always enjoyed the Shack. A year ago they started having very odd hours which made it hard to purchase from them. So we stopped getting takeout there for awhile. Once I passed and saw they were open and decided to get an extra pound of smoked pork from here as well. It has changed in a drastic way. the "smoked" pork now has an ever intrusive taste of liquid smoke, to the point we threw most of it away (that is a real bad sign at my house.) Giving an update of 2 stars as I know they can do better, but alas I don't know it will change. The owner is very friendly as well. I don't thing there is really good bbq in town at this point.

They set the plats down so that we had each other's so we each had a bite of the other's sandwich when we noticed. That means there was a definite difference in sauce flavors with hers being more Sweet and mine spicy. We both enjoyed our meals immensely and if we lived in the area would frequent this place.
