They were nice to our son the night of the accident as well. We immediately drive to Palestine and we spoke with Johnny, Misty, Gloria. Gloria met us nearby and we followed her to the lot. Johnny was business like and he handled the transaction. They were good to us and gave some great pointers to our son about driving in the area. The city really needs to put up more warning signs in the road to notify people of large dips in the street. Our pockets were a bit empty when we left, but not as empty as they could have been.
