I couldn't believe they had the audacity to give me my car in such poor conditions. I basically told them I was not taking my car back like that so they had to keep my car even longer because they failed to fix the problem. The lady they have communicating with you doesn't even live in town & has no idea what the shop is actually doing. She told me I was getting a new bumper and that wasn't true. They have very bad communication between the lady who updates you and the shop its self. Not only that but they scratched up my new rims TWICE and blamed the machine they have. They also removed the protective covers I had on the door handle of my car and didn't even bother to put them back! Even after fighting with them to fix my car they still left me with a half ass job my car was not returned to its original condition. They only care about getting paid they do NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER satisfaction. Very rude owners! NEVER going back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I was told they could do both, so I drove about 35 miles from Crockett. When I arrived, I was informed they could install the tires but could not do the alignment. I assumed something unexpected had happened, so I had the tires installed only, without getting the alignment. Before leaving, I specifically asked if I came back on Saturday whether they would be able to do the alignment. I was assured that they could. The next day, I drove another 35 miles back to Palestine, only to be told once again that they could not perform the alignment because no technician was available. That's two round trips and well over an hour and a half of driving based on information that turned out to be incorrect. The price on the tires was good, and I appreciate that. However, repeatedly being told a service was available when it wasn't wasted a significant amount of my time and fuel. Whether it was poor communication or poor scheduling, customers deserve accurate information before making the trip. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed.

I went to bass fish Lake Striker, once…read moreI had gotten there, I was getting the boat ready to put in and one of my trailer tires valve stems blew, leaving me with a trailer with a flat tire. About 5 minutes after, David pulled up on us and saw we needed help. He proceeded to jack the trailer up, take the tire off, take a tire off his generator to put on as a spare so I could put the boat in and fish while he took my tire to Jacksonville and had the valve stem repaired. Once I got the boat in and parked the trailer, we had the spare on, 4 hours later after being able to fish, I retrieved the trailer with my original tire back on and fixed, and it got us back home, he didn't even charge me. It's not everyday you meet a person willing to do a complete stranger a favor like that, but I guess God was looking out for me. Again, I highly recommend these guys, awesome people and do quality work.
