We have used Big O in Bedford several times over the years for tires and brakes. They have always done a great job and treated us right.

Took my car in Monday. Got a call 45 mins later with the problem. They told me they could order the part and it would take approximately 1 week to get it in. The next day I got a call saying that not only the part came in, but everything is good to go! Fast, efficient and professional! read more

Called them , told them had Smart car and needed 2 front tires and align. Gave them vehicle info , told them would drop off one afternoon and pick up next . They said no problem and set up for 3 days away . Showed up , ride was there to meet me , guy says let me look at the tires for size , does , looks it up and says can't get them , and would have to purchase them myself . Just left . Not on my List of businesses to recommend . read more

Called at 9:30 am to see about getting a flat tire looked at. Said I didn't need to make an appointment, just come on in. Arrived at noon and after 3 hours of waiting I was told their are still 3 more cars in front of me. read more

I had set an appointment for an oil change at10:30 got there early because I thought I would get my tires balanced I have always had good experiences with them but I sat there after my appointment time no one came up to say they were running behind or anything for that matter you set an appointment for a reason so you don't have to wait if I had waited longer I would've been late for work now I have to figure something else out out to get my vehicle done what gets me is the communication there is none like I said I got there early by 30 minutes. Then I seen them working on cars that were dropped off instead of the waiting customers there were only three of us and I was there first. I really hate saying anything because of the good experiences had. Hopefully they can get that straightened out it would be a shame for that store loose business. read more

I have never had good luck with Big O. They always try to add on extras to my price. I have had things missing off my vehicle when returned over the years. I have friends with many horror stories about wheels coming off and things missing off their vehicle. NEVER AGAIN. I will go to Whites Alignment from now on. He is a good honest man. read more

My husband contacted the business and gave the tire numbers and the size. They didn't have any in stock but they could order one. A two day wait. That was fine with us. My husband finally called them after three days. Yes it came in. He drove the twenty five miles to get the tire. It was not the right tire. Was a twenty inch instead of nineteen and was some kind of high performance tire. When my husband told them that it was not the tire he order, they said that they wouldn't charge him. He told him that he had already paid for it when he placed the order with a credit card. Asked that they just credit the money back on the card. They said they couldn't do that and would have to give him cash. They did. Not a very good business plan. Going to Walmart tire service. read more

I made an appointment and went in and explained that my steering wheel was vibrating between 50 to 70mph and would like an alignment, if that would fix the issue. Three days later the front drivers side wheel came off while I was driving on the highway with my niece in the car. Luckily it was late at night with little traffic, but my car still suffered damage to the frame, the new rotor, and wheel hub at least. I spoke with a gentlemen there and he explained and showed what the most likely causes might be, and also explained that the wheels are not removed during an alignment. Big O does have an alignment warranty at least and they are very professional. read more

Took my car in the other day to get a brand new set of tires. The tire technician there Brayden a young man had a great work ethic and did that set all by himself. I was very pleased to sit there and watch him work to the best of his ability. Disappointed in the fact there was a whole garage full of men but just that young man working on my car... which explains the usual always long wait. That young man needs to be recognized for his work ethic and customer gratitude. read more

Dropped my car off today to get an alignment and rotation done, I was called and told of another issue that needed repaired, the job was done in a very timely manner and I had excellent service! Will definitely go back! read more

I had two rotors and brake pads replaced on the back of my 2004 Buick, part of my brake line was leaking they replaced it and they bleed the brakes. Price was a little ouchy, but I have confidence that they did a great job ( I been a customer for a long time) . I'am sure I won't have to go back, a second time, for corrections, that means a lot! I love this place: I love the customer service people: I love the work the mechanics do. read more

Last Saturday I spent around 1k on Tires. Made an appointment with the STORE MANAGER for tune up and front brakes. We discussed what a tune up entailed and he gave me a price for both services separately. Appointment was at 1 today. Took vehicle in 15 minutes prior to appointment bc I had other engagements I needed to attend. Go in and the service manager tells me they don't even really do plugs and wires. Yet that's generally what is replaced IN A TUNE UP. Then proceeds to tell.me that there is no way he quoted that price. So first time insinuating I'm a liar. Service manager goes behind a door that I can clearly see the STORE MANAGER and comes back.and tells me the STORE MANAGER said he did not do or say any of those things. Calling me a liar for the second time. The service manager tried to appease me but by this point I was already pretty ticked because NOT ONCE did the STORE MANAGER even attempt to come rectify the situation OR STAND BEHIND HIS WORD. I will NEVER offer this store ANY business and I will damn well put.my own brakes on and change my plugs and wires. Teiman tires from.here on out for my tires too. Pissed!!!​​ read more

Called on multiple occasions on Day 1. Tristan was very helpful and even price matched a cheaper price on same tires. Day 2 tires arrived and they immediately let me know they were in and told me to drop the car off. They had the car less than an hour and text to let me know it was done. Tires are perfect and quiet. Tristan made the suggestion for a different tire I called about originally. Tires that were suggested had more tread life and very quite. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! read more

I would like to say that they have the friendliest and professional people working for them. And the place is so neat and clean. The floors could use a bit more of a shine on them but all in all I would definately recommend this store to anyone in need of tires. read more
