Never ever take your vehicle here is you care about your rims. They totally beat the crap out of our aluminum rims. The company will not care, or take care of you if they damage your property. Wow, Visited Big O Tires with my senior sister(she is ten years older than me) I am 76... She experien,ced a flat at 6 in the evening.. After several people driving by her, she had to walk back to her home, get her cell phone, make a rescue call, her tire was changed by a much younger friend with the donut. I talked her into letting me help her( she is not car science-d). She handed me two years of car service from her dealer and recent tire purchase from Big - O. They (young people) a lady and two service men, rotated her tires, replaced the core on one, checked the camber and toe, allowed me to inspect the undercarriage for damage, then handed her a no fee receipt for the work they had done. The tire was under warranty, but the rotate, camber, and toe service was a friendly gratis. I had left a review on google several months ago and I guess it only allows one. I thought I would throw one on yelp to help. The team at Big O do everything they can to take care of their guests. They do amazing work. I love that if they mess up they tell you. They do not try to hide anything from you. They do not try to tack on extra services. I am a woman and I go into Big O alone. Some mechanics take advantage of that and Big O is one of the good ones. David Bates always takes care of his guests. Big shout out to him. He works so very hard and deserves a raise. I've had several oil changes and tire rotations, flats fixed, and new tires done here. The staff is always friendly. It's usually pretty busy so if I'm tight for time I call first and they're pretty good at predicting when I should come in to catch them at a slow period. Several times I've gone in with a flat tire and after fixing it they refuse to charge me. One one occasion I thought I needed a new tire and rather than making money off my ignorance they took me out to the car with a gage and showed me how much tread I had until replacement was recommended. Came in to get a tire rotation and possibly two new tires. They got all the information then I had a seat to wait until they decided if new tires would be necessary. After waiting almost an hour in their lobby my car was still parked out front and when I asked how much longer their estimate was another 45 minutes. They have six work bays but were only using three, and the line of customers kept increasing. I wouldn't fault the workers because it's management's fault that they are understaffed, but they could have given a heads up that it would be a 2 hour wait. I would not recommend them and will never go back. I took my keys and left. As I should have done to begin with, I went to Potter Oil Co. and they had tires rotated in 10 minutes. read more

This occurrence was a couple of months ago, but its still worth noting. I bought a set of tires from this Big O in June of this year. Had a flat, which they claimed unrepairable. I cannot confirm or deny this, but rather than replacing one OEM tire I didn't care for, I bought a new set. Took them 2 1/2 hours plus to put this set of tires on. Not their fault necessarily, but this was in the middle of my work day, and I'm self employed. Go in for a "free" rotate a few months later, wait an extended period to get it in, and hear my Tacoma start, pull around, and what I can only describe as what had to be redline free revving, and then watched in horror as my pickup goes flying into their bay. I was unsure momentarily if it would go careening into the vehicle in front of it. I step out of the door, and the entire 45 minutes they had it in their shop, it stunk horribly of the clutch in my pickup. I do not know what their tech did, but burning thousands of miles off my clutch in a moment, and nearly wrecking a brand new pickup in your shop, then having the audacity to tell me something is wrong with my brand new vehicle that has a sum of 36,000 miles on it, of which I put every one of them on it, is idiotic at best. Management made no effort to alleviate this issue, either. Needless to say, I do not intend to ever darken the door of this establishment again. read more

I will never return. I had my vehicle in today for a rear brake inspection and was told the upper and lower balls joints needed to be replaced on my front end. Vehicle had upper and lower balls joints replaced there at Big O in Enid 8 months ago and driven 964 miles. This should have been in their computer but the female manager told me the mechanic that worked on it stated I refused to have the replacement done. She also stated things happen while the vehicle is not being driven and in storage and the vehicle was old since it is a 2008. She then stated she was done talking to me and ignored me and began helping another customer!!!!! Better check invoice #036046-44387 Big O!!!!!! $887.03!!!!! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in for a rotation and balance of all 4 tires plus an alignment. I get called that my truck is ready so I go to pick it up and I get told that the service tech declined to do the rotation and balance because the tires were fine on the back. The tires have about 15,000 miles on them between rotations and I wanted them rotated. Whatever at this point I was ready to get the hell out of there. I get in my truck and it was very clear that the alignment wasn't done correctly. The steering wheel was sideway, passenger tire had positive camber, and just all around shitty service. They put it back on the rack to correct it and I go to pay and they still try and charge me for the balance and rotate. I will never use any big o tires again. read more

In town for a wedding and noticed a tire not holding air. Called on a Saturday and even though they were only open for another hour they told me to come on down and they would fix it. Took my daughter's car in for rear brakes and was told they were fine but front brakes needed replaced as well as two tires. Bill totaled close to $700 and rear brakes still squealed when stopping. Took it to another shop 2 weeks later and was told she barely had any rear brakes left. The brakes were so bad they didn't want her driving the car. Estimate for this repair is close to $600. Got a royal screwing over at Big O. Maybe that is what the name stands for. read more

This shop in Enid is the perfect example of the Mechanic horror stories that you always hear. They will push parts on you that you don't need, will way overcharge for those parts and, as another reviewer stated, will not call you when your vehicle is ready. They tried to tell me that All four of my control arms were bad - they weren't. Just to be sure I purchased all four from Amazon (Moog parts) replaced them all, and upon inspection found that none were bad or bend. I also did the struts while I was in there. They tried to charge me 270 PER STRUT! I ordered 2 quick struts from Amazon for 135.00 - half of what they wanted for one. Go to Southern Tire Mart, they are much more truthful and do a much better job. Avoid these clowns at all costs. read more

Best tire repair/shop in Enid. Hands Down! Several months back I purchased new tires from Big O and the prices were very fair. The customer service was also excellent and they were honest about everything concerning the vehicle and services it needed. Recently ran over a nail and had to get a tire repaired and the tires rotated. Service took about 30 minutes and as usual the people who worked there were very nice. This was my first visit. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and was happy with the price... But when I picked it up, the tech must have taken a dirt bath before he got in my car and didn't even bother to wipe it down when he got out. There was dirt all over the inside of the drivers door to include the fabric above the door. Went back inside to explain the situation and they were more than willing to wipe it down... Except they only cleaned the fabric above the door and left the actual door filth. Probly will not go back. read more

First off, I had purchased several sets of tires from them in the past so with what latest experience, I will never do business with them again. Took a car that I was going to sell in for a new set of tires. They weren't the cheapest place but they had them in stock and close to where I work so I went there. I told them to put on the tires and balance only. He asked about alignment which I told them the alignment was good and that I didn't need it also because I was selling this car. So , when I go pick up my car the amount was more than they quoted me. I look at invoice and see they added on an alignment of $75.00 which I told them I didn't ask for that and they never asked me before the job was finished or never called me to get the authorization. Needless to say, my car would have been held hostage basically if I didn't pay the entire bill. so, I figure if this review cost them a sale, then that will be justice for what I believe is shady business. You just don't add a service on to a bill that wasn't approved. I have 4 vehicles plus buy and sell trailers so I'm always needing tires. $75 just cost them thousands. read more

My husband has been serviced by Big O Tires twice since May 2012 (due to nail in tire and other tire needs). During both visits, where we were greeted by different employees, we received GREAT customer service. These gentlemen not only provided timely service, but were honest and forthcoming on service needs. We went in thinking we knew what we needed and asked for more services than were necessary, but instead of them taking advantage and fulfilling unnecessary services, they explained we didn't need that additional expense.
