The same guy answers the phone and tells me he'll check on it and call me right back. He doesn't. Another week later, I call to check on it and the same guy asks me for all the information I gave him the very first time. My guess is that they lost the info and never even ordered it. Well the rim popped off the tire machine while they where doing the R&R of the tire. This was a brand new 750 dollar BMW 550I. I didn't want the kid to get stuck paying for it. SO I told them I'd get the rim refinished. It was$130 bucks at Wheel connection. It was 15 bucks worth of paint materials and MAYBE 2 hours of labor. So all in all Wheel connection had $30 bucks invested.. It took them two weeks to get this done and when I drove 3 hours round trip to pick it up. It was done HALF ASSED. NOT only that. The rear part of the rim wasn't even sprayed. 10 mins of extra work and the materials that they threw away could've covered it....I had them double check for OUT OF ROUNDNESS. and he said it was off a hair. SO they fixed it....(REMEMBER I SAID IT WAS A NEW RIM) Wheel they hit the rim and did a minor weld...CHECK my facebook and you'll see what I mean.... The basecolor was shot thin and the clear is dry in some spots,Along with trash in the clear....MANNNNNNN I hate getting riped off..I knew I should've not sent it there when I saw all the other negitive post.......................
