The branches were not clearly visible to us due to leaves, but they should have been visible to the people in the bucket truck at the time of service. The interaction was completely unprofessional. They took time to go over the plan and even offer suggestions to keep one of the three trees I was looking at removing. They put everything in writing and left me a copy. We called back and told them we would move forward and they put us on the schedule for the following week.
