He was out to assess the roof and didn't attempt to up sell or scam me. He thought it was where the flat roof met the pitched roof. It was fixed and I have not heard the dripping when it rains since. What a blessing! He was honest and told me to see if that worked first and then gave me the next step if it did not. Very honest man and company. I will certainly be calling CBC Roofing again for my roofing needs! It's hard to find such honest and exceptional customer service these days. I would certainly recommend!

Mike came to the house and assessed some issues I was having with leaking skylights. He gave me a quote and had his crew out the very next afternoon. After I was notified they were there, I thought I'd swing by to see how things were progressing. It had been maybe 45 minutes from the time I got the call. To my surprise there was no one there and no sign that anyone had been there. In less than 45 minutes, they had repaired 3 skylights, cleaned up, and also taken the time to fix a bad repair by another roofing company. When I say they cleaned up, there was not a single nail or piece of scrap to be seen anywhere. I later learned that Mike's standard practice is to have his crew use magnets to clear the area of nails. You'd think everyone would be doing this. Oh and the skylights look great too. It's nice to know there are still companies that take pride in their work and doing things the right way. A big thank you to Mike and his entire crew. Keep up the great work.

Called them up, spoke with April, who was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout this whole process .I told her what i needed and got a very competitive price that week. I signed contract, sent in deposit... and they did all the rest They called me and said they would be there Thursday, and they were there bright and early, They ripped off old shingles, cut out and patched rotted wood, ripped an unused chimney out, renailed deck, membraned the roof and got rough inspection. Friday shingles came and they were done by 2. Roof looks great, they swept everything up and left the house just like they found it... not 1 nail to be found on the ground... got final inspection and passed The real test came on sunday when it rained pretty good... no leaks...perfect.. gutters came on tuesday and went up without a hitch. Excellence from start to finish…read more I recently contracted with Revolution Roofing, working closely with their representative Andrew Collier. I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. I was having a problem deciding on the roof color, so Rolando asked me which ones i was thinking about. He then sent me addresses that corresponded with the different roof colors. That really helped because what I thought I wanted didn't look like what I thought it would. I was able to pick the one I really liked, seeing it in person. Everything was top notch. Rolando even coordinated with Waynes solar to take our Solar water heater panel taken down just before their start. Angel oversaw the project from beginning to the end and was great! He sent us photos of the work in progress the entire time. The workers were amazing and the little lady they had going around, keeping tarps in place and picking up any debris was very sweet.
