Is give no stars if I could . Where do I even start with this place . It's been around in my neighborhood for a while and I decided to give them a try . The rude one with the hair was talking to his co worker for about 5 minutes without even acknowledging me before he opened my door on his own and said " what up". They have ripped my grandma off in the past and tried telling me I need a coolant flush on a practically a brand new car. It's so unprofessional and I'm convinced they don't even change the filters on the car. No management,staff has no professionalism and is Very inappropriate. I've reached out to the BBB as well . I went to get my oil changed at this address after using them for several years. This location is now under new management and I will never return. They don't deserve 1 star. The new manager was so rude. One of the workers made a mistake and forgot to screw the cover on the bottom of the car while getting the oil change. An hour after getting on the freeway my car began to drag the cover making a very loud noise. When I called the location the guys said to come back and they would fix it. I drove back and the so called manager did nothing to help the situation only made it worse. He began raising his voice and screaming at me. As a woman I was afraid. I was also alone. I'm so glad I made it out of there safely. I need to contact the better business bureau because I would hate if anyone else had to endure such fear after spending their money on a service. This place is terrible. They checked my air pressure during an oil change, left a piece on the tire which was probably a mistake. I call and tell them my tires went flat right after I left ( after me taking my car to a tire shop and them telling me they left these rubber pieces on my valve stem causing my tires to go flat) the man proceeded to tell me they never checked my pressure( even though the receipt says they did). He then began to argue with me. You don't do customers like that. I won't return. read more

I went to there before the 2200 miles road trip to CA. Cuz I don't want to do the oil change middle of trip. And there were 3 guys, I asked them to use the mobile 1 10w30 instead of using some no name oil. They did use the mobile 1, but the oil looked so wired. The color and the way they open the bottle, I wasn't ask them any questions when I was there, but I just watched what they did, and they total screwed up my car. Oil all over the engine and used a cheap ass oil filter, and I paid 55 bucks ran away, won't come back anymore. If there is zero star, I'll def give them a zero. There are a lot palaces around town, just skip this one. Thanks god I just got oil changed by myself. Oil were so dirty. And I'm not trying to scam them, I'm telling the truth!! read more
