Someone came out to scan the info in my car door .The person in line behind me gave up waiting and backed out , allowing me to back out and leave as well. I did not receive any service , yet they sent me an invoice saying they checked my tire pressure? I understand that maybe the customer that was in the bay was having additional services done, or maybe they were short staffed, but at least tell your customers in line there's going to be a long wait.

Team diagnosed noise issue as needing a transfer case replacement. They offered a certified used…read morepart to replace, roughly 50% cost of new part and I agreed. After picking up the repaired vehicle 5 days later, the transfer case failed catastrophically within 20 miles of highway driving (left me stranded on highway with drive shaft decoupled from the transfer case). Had the vehicle towed back to Fast Lane. They took 2 weeks to replace the transfer case (they said it was under warranty), but they refused to cover my towing expenses (less than $300). I called them multiple times and was told multiple times that their manager would call me back, but they never called me back. Grungy lobby, disorganized & cluttered shop space, poor customer service. I will not return to this shop and I cannot recommend.
