Unfortunately, this was the worst haircut I've ever had. The entire haircut took about 6 minutes, and Frank did not do a single thing I asked for. I was left extremely unhappy, disappointed, and honestly angry with the result. To make matters worse, I was charged $40 for a 6-minute haircut that looked terrible. I didn't want to cause a scene, so I paid and even tipped $5, knowing I would never return. As I was walking to my car, I looked back at the shop and saw people inside laughing and pointing at me, which made the situation even worse. For a place that's supposedly a step up from Supercuts, this was far worse than my worst Supercuts experience -- and I've gotten the majority of my haircuts there over the years. Don't be fooled by the reviews like I was. Looking back, I regret even paying. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
