Dude working there in the front stared at me when I walked in like he had never seen a human before. I go downstairs to check it out and realized I needed to ring the bell to get into the vault for any decent liquor. It wasn't just top shelf, it was basically everything but wine and mixers locked up. I rang the bell....waited. I rang the bell again.....waited. I finally go upstairs to get some help and he tells me he LOST the key to the vault. it's just a padlock on a chain and you lose the key and turn away business. I had been there waiting nearly 20 minutes and this now comes up. Ridiculous and I will never recommend anyone go here.

In my opinion, crown has a wide selection of quality, distilled spirits, at what I find to be reasonable prices. It is possible to find unique and interesting items at their stores. It is a chain, and they do have a robust searchable website presence. The staff are generally very helpful. So, if there is something in particular, you're looking for, and can't find it at a crown liquor location you're visiting just ask. Often the staff will be able to recommend another location and perhaps even be able to check with staff at that other location to see if the alternative store has what you're looking for.

They have a wide selection of items and you can almost always find what you're looking for within your price range. Parking is widely available in their own lot and carts are conveniently located too. They have unique gift items available and a wide variety of soft drinks, snacks, and hard to find cocktail condiments. Best time to visit is on weekdays as they are much busier on weekends.

Another bonus they have is that they do a lot of trainings and classes so that you can learn food or drink making or a number of other things related to live in the good life. Store is really well kept and looks beautiful coming in, but obviously the focal point is the alcohol. The people there are always very helpful. I had two people stop by and ask if they could help me out in different sections of the store, and they walked by and did the same to everybody that was looking and didn't seem to have found what they were looking for.

The woman ahead of me was insisting that her item rang up wrong and did they offer to go check? Or even say anything? No. She even said fine she'll pay the price- but the sign is wrong. The employee proceeds to throw her credit card to the ground and stomps off to check the price like a 5 year old. Seriously? I was flabbergasted. I said "we are your customers" and he gave us a death stare. At which point I opted to leave and so did the girl with the actual issue. I will never return and I have never seen anything like it. Crazy!
