Not really happy at all. Bad service. No training. Certainly not worth $1,800 when the system…read moredoesn't work after installation. Update: Another installer came out after 4-5 days after install and re-set system. 2 days later my dog got out. Jumped the fence. Went home to check and the collar wasn't working. No power outage! If the system isn't reliable, why bother? Neighbor said they use PET STOP. I may need to have them remove system and go elsewhere Update: One week later came out and seems to have fixed the problem. Increased the review from 1 to 3 pending how it goes for another week. Stay tuned.
