Don is extremely unreliable and pulled a no-show on several dates he was scheduled to work. Additionally, when both myself and my general contractor asked Don questions about the project Don was extremely argumentative, rude (cursing), and short-tempered. We paid Don a 50% deposit plus added material costs (which he ended up having us buy) and he has since stopped showing up or answering phone calls and left us high and dry mid project which both delayed our renovation and forced us to find another plumber on short notice. Be warned and do not hire Don Dunn Plumbing.
