I have used Rumpca's since moving into my house about 15 years ago. They do my annual furance check-up and any plumbing services that I might need. Jeff, the estimator, explained the options available to me and pointed out that my Xcel rebates on the furnace and A/C would pay for my water heater. Yippee!!!! On the day of the install, the crew (whose names I unfortunately don't have) arrived on time, put down their floor protection mats and went to work. They were so quiet that I almost forgot they were here. Rumpca is the best of the best! They installed a new HVAC system for me about 12 years ago, and all the guys who worked in my house were superb and made me feel like a queen. Just recently, some plumbing work was needed, and the estimator, Jeff, came out to do a thorough inspection. I was so grateful for this, since a leaky pipe and some frozen shutoff valves were discovered. Travis and Zach, the plumbers, installed new faucets, new water softener, new toilet, fixed the pipes, did a drain cleanout, and installed new water shutoff valves. Everything went like clockwork. They were so very coordinated, efficient, and courteous, doing everything right the first time. Jason also answered additional questions for me via phone prior to the installation date. Excellent service!! We started off with a Nest smart thermostat install. Later found out there was quite a few problems due to the old contractor. Rumpca went up and above to install new wires which we found out the old contractor had cut and replaced with an older two wire thermostat. Then when we had everything wired in to check for heat/AC. The A/C we found out wasn't working because of a connection problem. Rumpca did a great job of getting back to us and fixing it right away in professional manner. I would definitely recommend Rumpca to anyone who might have multiple issues or has no idea what is wrong with their system. Great experience with Rumpca Services. Through a routine furnace check from a competing HVAC company, we found out our 13 year old furnace needed an expensive part for a repair or consider replacing. We decided to get quotes for a replacement furnace and decided to go with Rumpca Services. My old system developed a leak, got a good quote from Rumpca to replace my central AC system with a Lennox compressor and A-coil. They arrived on time (5 min early), the work took just under 4 hours, and when done they left the place spotless. The new AC works better than the original; is much quieter and more efficient too.
