This process took over a month to get resolved, He finally came out to the house and told me I had 3 leaks under my kitchen sink. After numerous attempts from myself and the home warranty to get the $$ for fixing the problems he finally came back with a cost of: $717 for the kitchen faucet (I told him no, I bought one myself and had it installed) $225.00 garbage disposal $184.00 old garbage disposal (I could of thrown this away myself after looking at the invoice) $115.00 piping repair. The day the problems were corrected he told me to pay bill in full and that he wasn't dealing with the home warranty company and that if I didn't pay him he was charging me an additional $160 per hour. I paid him as I wanted them out of my house. All this took place while I had the home warranty on the phone explaining to him they would be issuing him a check that very day! But Jason from Big River Plumbing, didn't care! my after thought were I should of called the police and had them removed from my property. Then Jason had the nerve to send me an email thanking me for their business and wished me a 'blessed' day.. Really?!?!? Save your headaches! this problem took over a month to get resolved.
