They…read more charged me $600 now the screen is flickering. almost 4 weeks after leaving probably 20 calls with them and also on their chat no one has called me back. I spoke with the manager this morning and he was rude with me saying that the machine could not be repaired. He hung the phone up. I spent $600. He could've communicated with me and told me that he was unable to repair the machine properly but did decided not to communicate. I definitely would highly not recommend this company to anyone.

I would not let this fellow ever touch any device of mine ever again, He simply does not seem to…read moreknow what he is doing. I took my phone in to have a pop up add virus removed. He said he could fix it and then handed me back a phone that granted the adds had been stopped but the actual phone no longer functioned properly because he had transferred the phones the e-sim to another phone and could not recover it, He deleted my entire email history for one of the two email accounts. I had to go to the Telus store down the street and have a new sim installed and they helped me recover my e-mail account and e-mail history. The kicker.... this guy charged me $150.00 for this debacle!! I went back after going down the street to the TELUS store to have them fix his mistakes and they were kind enough to help me out. I then went back to Josh to tell him I wasn't happy and he blew me off and would not refund any money. Do your self a favor and avoid this company.
