I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. The technician came to my home for less than an hour and charged $200. At the time, my printer was working when he left. A couple of weeks later, the printer stopped working entirely. I then spent over an hour on a Zoom troubleshooting session with him, where I was told the issue was with HP and that I needed to contact them because my computer was not recognizing the printer. Unsatisfied with that answer, I hired another technician. Within approximately 20 minutes, he resolved the printer issue and got everything working properly. He charged $45. During this process, it was also discovered that security software installed on my computer was generating frequent pop-ups and that a subsequent scan identified suspicious activity that required attention. When I raised my concerns, I was offered only a partial refund. While I accepted the refund to close the matter, I remain disappointed with the value received for the amount charged and with how the situation was handled. Customers deserve accurate troubleshooting, fair pricing, and confidence that the work performed has genuinely resolved the issue. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. read more
