Really disappointed with our visit. The place is very rundown and does not look anything like the pictures online. Only two bumper boats were working, the pond water was stagnant and disgusting, about half of the batting cages were working. The women's restrooms were in terrible condition--toilets overflowing and eventually shut down completely.The cashier up front was trying extremely hard to run the entire front desk along with the arcade but was it was too much for one person. There were more multiple people. sitting behind the counter playing on their phones , I hope they were just friends of the workers and not letting the other employees drown . I was hoping to have my children's party there in the future, but I highly doubt that will happen. If I were the owner, I'd take a hard look at this place. Definitely beware if you're planning a party here--this was not worth it. read more

Went to a birthday party with my family, my brother wanted to try out the Go Karts. Had several fun laps around the place with no issues. Then, a few kids kept trying to brake check my little brother and I, and the staff did nothing to stop them. Karts died on the track, and became dangerous obstacles, along with the staff who instead of halting the laps, just ran out onto the runway like a twisted game of Frogger, meaning drivers have to play interstate and try and dodge the random people on the road. Then at the end of our laps, we tried to pull in for a stop, and the employee flagged us down at the last possible second shouting at us to change lanes (which was impossible at this point) causing us to slam into the concrete curb, which injured myself and my brother. Then we had to park into the corral, and the employees shouted at me to stop, but when I pressed the brakes, they did not work, the employee then yelled at us for not stopping, and when I tried to explain it didn't stop, he accused me of lying. My sister who went before us also claimed that the brakes didn't work and suffered similar injuries. The Bumper Boats were floating amidst a green toxic sludge, which was the case even with the various filters in use. My family left miserable, in pain, and nobody in the staff asked if we were okay, nor tried to get us help. Would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy. read more

Had a good visit, but most of the machines were down, go karts were terrible as well as the batting cages. Go karts kept failing and the workers had to run and drag them back. Workers named Joslin and Easton both helped me out, showed me around and were part of the best customer service I've ever received. read more

Gave it 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Spent $80 on wrist bands but only mini golf, go carts and one bumper boat were in working condition (and that's being generous). Luckily was able to switch our remaining credits over to cards for the arcade, unfortunately approximately 30% of the games were able to be played. However we found 2 that collected tickets/points so we did those two over, and over, and over, and over. When cashing in- I realized we should have taken our $80 to Dollar Tree and our kids would have had the same if not more fun. Over all- will never be back & will never recommend. If I could leave 0 starts I would. This was our first and last time visiting. After waiting in line over an hour with my 8 & 5 year old daughters they skipped over us TWICE before informing us we were in "the wrong line" and told us to go to the back in wait in line AGAIN. DISGUSTING customer service. Even the people around me said it was WRONG We also say multiple fights break out with drunk people. It is not a family friendly place. We will NEVER go back!!! I wouldn't even bring my dog here. They treated me and my young daughters like trash, it was a horrible experience. My 5 year old daughter cried her eyes out. We booked a birthday party through their online booking site for June 25th. It was a terrible experience and we HIGHLY DISCOURAGE OTHERS in doing the same. Following a family trip to this facility our young son wanted to have his 9th birthday party there. I went online and looked at the information for packages. Initially we were going to choose a weekend party. After being unsure if he would have a baseball tournament that weekend, we chose to look at a weekday package. Online I was pleased to see that the weekday package was cheaper than the weekend rate. Also, when we put in for a weekend party the website stated that each additional participant over 10 would cost extra. The Weekday package did not state these same requirements. I assumed this was an incentive to get more parties and business through the week. When asked how many guests on the biggest Ultimate Party Package, it simply stated for up to 20 kids. I picked an available time and day and when prompted to put number of guests, we put 20. The total came up for the package without additional fees (unlike the total that changes when 20 was put into the weekend package). I added additional food and was emailed a receipt that stated the price for up to 20 kids and clearly stated 20 guests. I paid the amount online and began planning our guest list. I called the facility with no answer of the phone on the booking day to make sure they had us down. On the day of the party I again called and left a voicemail so that I could make sure our party was expected and also to add additional pizzas. No call back again. We showed up thirty minutes early so that we could make sure they were aware of the additional food request. We were told that we were not allowed in the party room until the 5:30 time slot we had chosen. Okay, that's fine, but we entered at the same time as our guests and had some of the parents helping me add some additional decor that we had brought and carry in the cake, etc. Food was not ready and our guests were running around for the room for thirty minutes before the first pizza was even brought out. Everything was very chaotic and unprepared. Now the WORST part of the experience was that the hostess let me know since there were more than 10 participants,we would have to pay more for each additional guests. I showed her the receipt that I was emailed and showed that it stated 20 guests and what we were charged. She mentioned that there was a mess up with their computer charging and that the managers tried to adjust the situation but could not come up with an agreement with the owner and that we would be charged regardless. We went to the manager to try to give them an opportunity to make the situation right, to be treated with no regard and a blank face. We were told we didn't understand the information correctly from the website and that they had already contacted the website company to make those corrections. THAT IS NOT OUR FAULT. We had already paid 410 dollars and would end up being charged an additional 260 dollars for the additional participants and the extra pizzas (which I was fully prepared to pay extra for the food). I walked the manager through the process that I took to book the party and showed how I simply used the "book party room" button and followed the prompts to the book now and the agreed charges. He had no other information to give and when asked who the owner was, we were given no information. If the booking has been made clear than we would have chosen a different route, not wanting to spend 700 dollars for a 9 year old birthday party. No attempt was made to meet us halfway for their computer mess up. The website was updated and corrected today (day after our party) so that it would show the additional charges moving forward for others booking a party. Those changes would have not been made with their website had we not made this an issue. Those changes also indicate that the issue was the facilities mistake and not ours. We were definitely taken advantage of in this situation and how they handled it is fraudulent and misleading. It was embarrassing in front of our guests and took the joy out of spending this birthday watching our son enjoy his occasion. I have been planning birthday parties for years since I also have a nineteen and seventeen year old child and have NEVER had such an awful experience. I have never left a bad review on any business until this one. We will not use this business ever again and will encourage our friends to do the same. A very unfortunate situation. read more

Had fun until I noticed the ticket counter Shundrea try and cheat us out of our tickets multiple times.. We had a card with like 3,000 tickets on it, got one thing under 2,000 and we asked her for the card back she like pulled it from a card pile behind the counter. We had given the card to a friend so they can use it but it was "empty" when she went to use it.... she also did something similar to another friend later in the night. So don't hand the ticket taker your cards she'll take them :/ read more

Big Rock Fun Park is ok. Nothing to spectacular that really blew me away. They have a nice min golf course. Was there for a bday party and the property isn't too bad. Video games arcade, bumper boats, go karts, mini golf & batting cages are the highlights. There the usual fast food items. Pizza, nachos, hot dogs etc. Great for families w/kids. read more

The batting cages were jacked up and when we went in to tell someone the guy walked like a snail to go out there to fix it and we had to wait like 20 mins. The sign has been removed and the policy changed. I have a great deal of respect for the owner's handling of this matter. With this matter resolved, only positive things remain for me to say about this place. I will be changing my reviews and recommendations, as we otherwise had a great time. This is the place to go!! I went with my nephew for the first time the other day and WOW!!! The batting cages were great, but the miniature golf course is amazing. There are two 18 hole setups that are pretty well kept and are really fun. This is tons more fun than Playtime Pizza or Chuck E. Cheese. They also have go carts which we didn't have a chance to try. The game rooms isn't as big as the other places, but there is a big enough selection to keep the kids happy. I must admit, I had a lot of fun and not just because I won at mini golf. read more

Love this place! Perfect family fun for all ages! I came here with my parents and my 19 and 17 year old siblings and we had a blast. The prices were very cheap to do 3 fun activities! The mini golf courses are both challenging and entertaining. The go kart course is super fun and competitive in terms of trying to zoom by your friends! Finally the water bumper boats were a perfect opportunity to cool off after an hour of activities in the 95 degree heat! The staff is very friendly and there is such a wide variety of things to do. Went here on the 4th of July for a fun family outing, and indeed it was. My family and I purchased the 3 attraction wristband and went with the mini golf, bumper boats, and go karts and ended up buying a couple separate things like the batting cage and laser maze because we were enjoying ourselves so much. Besides the brutal heat, it was a great family bonding afternoon! Big Rock is in excellent condition and offers several activities all well priced. First off, the attractions are great! Had a blast on all of the fun things to do. With that out of the way, do not waste your time or money ordering food from the snack bar. Ordered 3 baskets of chicken strips with with either fries or chips and was told it would be 20 minutes. Kids were ok to play the arcade while they waited. Food was not there, so they started a round of the 18 hole putt putt. I told them I would let them know if the food came out so they could eat. While they were playing putt putt, 2 of the baskets came out. Both the fries and chicken were hard, looked over cooked, and did not taste good. I had to ask about the 3rd basket of chicken and was told 8 minutes. Boys finished putt putt and were inside before we received the 3rd basket. The chicken in the 3rd basket looked better and tasted better. It would have been nice if all 3 baskets came out together so all 3 boys could have had fresh food together. I don't know how or why it should take 20 minutes for 3 chicken baskets with 3 chicken strips in each one. Each chicken basket is $7 and comes with 3 strips, chips, and small drink. On 2 of our baskets, we upgraded for $1 for fries. I know that snack bar menus at attraction places usually cost more and am ok with that. But the time and quality of this food was a waste. Overall we waited almost an hour, if not an hour or more, for 3 baskets of chicken (9 strips) and 2 orders of fries. To say that I am not happy is an understatement. I was offered a free drink on them, but by that point I am beyond mad. read more

Waited almost 45 minutes in line to buy two of the 4 activity bands for $62. After spending almost 2 hours of getting through 1 mini golf course due to the amount of people there we decided to try to go kart. In the rules for the go karts tandem is only states " driver must be at least 56 inches tall with valid driver's license and passenger must be at least 36 inches tall" no where on their website or rules does it say for a tandem the passenger MUST be a child. After waiting in line for another 30 minutes I was told that my fiancé cannot ride with me because the passenger must be a child. I told the employee it does not state that anywhere and even showed them two other tandem karts that had full grown adults in both seat and was still told passenger must be a child or I could step out of line. After being there for almost 4 hours we were only able to do one activity when we paid for 4 each. So we essentially wasted $40 by not being able to anything else do to long lines and time of the day. Would like to say we would be back but probably not. Wish I was able to receive a refund for what was not used. read more

I love this park and will, despite a gun policy I don't agree with, continue to patron; my beliefs should not hinder a family friendly establishment with great customer service. I just tried to throw my kids a bday party on March 27 2021 and I was VERY dissatisfied/disappointed It was a total waste of my money The birthday packages are not worth it if you plan on having more than 10 guests attend your party -FOOD IS NOT INCLUDED YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT SEPARATELY I had 3 birthday kids and about 20 guests and the host only gave us 10 wristbands and 10 fun cards plus drinks -are all that comes with the birthday package what they don't make clear is that your birthday childs wrist band and fun card is included in the limited 10 so I had 3 bday kids so out of the 10 wristbands I gave all 3 of them 1 wristband and 1 fun card (in which by the way had to be brought back because they had no money on them)which left me with 7 wristbands so I had to pay an extra 110.00 dollars for 5 more wristbands and fun cards also the workers act clueless and they try to throw you off by telling you to come back another day and the games are from 1-3.00 they only put 7.00 on the game cards so not too many games can be played also it started to rain so they closed the main activities down the food is too high the slushy machine "broke down" it was just utterly dissatisfying I paid for the Big Fun adventure package the birthday kids didn't get any extra money on their cards if you ask me Chuck E Cheese is 1000 times more better I've never been dissatisfied with them or their service and it's cheaper and their packages include food and drinks - this place is not worth it the lines are extra long my kids stood in the race car line almost an hour to ride and didn't get to ride because they 1 took too long (10 mins) for the whole ride experience me an my grandmother timed it 2 it started to rain so they closed the outdoor activities granted they let us play games with the 22.00 wristbands but I don't think they loaded 22.00 worth of games onto the new cards the kids had to get my kids are preteens so the rides was the only reason they chose this place but I promise myself and my guests will never return to this place I hated every single second about it I couldn't even get a refund because the owner said we used her facility in which we didn't we ate at home we had drinks at home we had our cake at home all we did was sit in the room and waited on the host also when I was told that I had to pay for more wristbands and fun cards the host said that she needed a card to be on file i left my wallet in the car so I asked my sister can they use a card to put on file next thing I knew the host swiped my sister card for the 110.00 who pays 15.00 for a one topping pizza? I've taken my grandchildren to Big Rock Fun Park several times. All of us enjoyed ourselves. It's a family-friendly place and the staff are very nice and knowledgeable. The prices could be a little lower, but other than that, we have always been pleased with the establishment. read more

Great place, we bought the double four wrist bands and that worked out great! Fun for all ages! My 2 year old daughter even got into the mix! Kind of high prices if you don't go with any wristbands but they have great deals! If we make a trip here again will go back and enjoy another 3 hours here! read more
