My friend group decided to come to Main Event for our friends birthday and they did not disappoint. Our group was pretty big we had about ten people. Vonte and Rob made sure we were well taken care of and even made accommodations so our group could be comfortable and enjoy our time. Main Event was a complete mess from start to finish. We only came here because Topgolf had a 2.5-hour wait and Main Event told us bowling would be about an hour. Instead, I got a text saying our Topgolf bay was ready almost an hour before bowling ever was at Main Event. They never once told us that bowling was ready. The only reason we even realized what was going on was because we went up to ask for a refund. Service was awful -- 30 minutes just to get a water, food took forever, and when the checks came out, the server split them completely wrong. On top of all of that, the place felt straight-up chaotic. There were security guards and cops chasing kids all over, and I even saw a woman have to grab her kid because they were almost run over by kids sprinting from security. It didn't feel safe or enjoyable at all. Do yourself a favor and go to Dave & Buster's, Topgolf, or honestly anywhere else. This place is not worth the time or money. read more

Good food. The process of getting the food is confusing. You order on a wall=tablet and then pick up the food in a cubby which means you need to be on the lookout for your food before anyone else steals it. Additionally, if the cooking staff makes your order wrong, it takes forever to actually get in contact with anybody to fix it. The food is also pretty expensive. This review is specifically for the restaurant at Main Event. Don't do it. Don't go. You'll regret it. Food was standard for a place like this, we had kids burger, Mac and cheese, and I got a chicken salad. Salad came as shredded lettuce no chicken. Service was UNBELIEVABLY BAD. We had and I had to track her down to order every time. It's almost laughable at how badly the wait staff avoid their customers!! They are all huddled in the back talking and on their phones. We waited a hour and half and still didn't have our food. We only got our appetizers. And the appetizers did not taste good. We got to talk to the manager and finally got our food and a discount. We ate dinner at the restaurant. We had a party of 9, of which each person ordered something different. When the order was brought to the table, I had went to the restroom to wash my hands. When I returned, the server, Braylon, was walking away to other random tables and asking if someone had ordered a burger. After I returned and realized what was happening, I told Braylon that the entree was mine. He then told me and everyone at the table, "well y'all ain't said nothing." Again, there were 9 people in our party and no one knew what others had ordered. I felt Braylon was unkind, disrespectful and callous. I have never witnessed such an act of unprofessionalism in a hospitality or customer service establishment. The complete operation seemed disorganized and chaotic. Each server that came out with food did not appear to know which table to take food. Servers literally went to seemingly random tables and asked if it was their order. I hope this helps someone bc I usually always look at these but this time I didn't! i paid a total of 417.00 for my son to have a 16th birthday party.. this was the most unorganized party I've ever had. the host didn't really know what she was doing, and they have such a small space for the guests bc normally you have lots of family and friends besides the kids playing and the only have space available for them unless you pay extra for a party room. the kids had fun and the staff was nice. it was just very stressful the entire night! I'll start with the positive and state that this place is definitely awesome and has a lot to offer but it is lacking in every other aspect. I know it's a newly opened business, but the organization and customer service is extremely poor. "Mary" in the ticket redeem area completely ignored my son and I and told the people behind us to come to her station to take care of them. I read the review regarding a "Karen/Dana" at the front door. I am assuming this is the recently opened Main Event in Little Rock. Regarding the previous review, we don't know how true it is, however, please lets DEFINITELY keep an eye on the situation. I was planning to take my grandchildren for a visit. Question from the Main Event staff, why would any child of any age need to present an ID for entrance to such an establishment, a fun game/activity center? What's the rationale for this? Please explain so the public so everyone will be aware, as I did not read anything on the site regarding this requirement. Oops! Since the yelp system will not allow me to post this response without rating the establishment, and since I have not actually visited yet in all fairness I do not wish to rate the establishment good or bad I am going to go with a middle of the road rating, a 3 stars, until I have visited, then I will return here to post a genuine and honest post, from my personal point of view and perspective. We visited here on a Saturday. We expected it to be busy. However, we waited our time to bowl and were seated at a lane next to another family of 11 people. These lanes are not made to accommodate this many people. They were spilling over to our side, tripping over us when we got up to bowl and we could barely get up to our lane. Multiple people bowling in socks to avoid paying. After we left, which we couldn't wait to leave, I stopped a team lead and said hey, could I suggest you limit the people in a lane for everyone's comfort? He said nope, we cannot tell people how many can be there, only how many can bowl. I said well, you have 11 people bowling for 5 and he said yes, it happens, we won't stop it. Well, having spent several hundred dollars today, I won't go back. If you are willing to throw away profit allowing people to break rules and ruin other people's experience, it's not a business I want to give money to. read more
