Overall, this was a good escape room experience. Our group of six (ages 11-46) completed the Riddle High room. The theme was fun- nothing gory or scary -and the props fit the setting well. There are two small things I'd suggest reframing during the pre-room briefing. First, we were told that nothing would require more than "pinky strength" to open, but one prop took significantly more force...to the point where I was worried about breaking it (...might need a little WD-40). Second, we were told we wouldn't need to utilize anything above six feet, which wasn't accurate for this room. That said, the room offered a solid challenge overall, with a nice mix of easier and more difficult puzzles. We escaped with around 7 mins to go; but had the prop worked appropriately the first 3x, we would likely have escaped sooner. But no worries- we had a fun time and would still recommend it and return to try other rooms. read more

We did the amnesia puzzle and it was great! Fun, unique puzzles and great staff! Everyone was friendly and attentive.

We just finished the Potion's Master room and it was SO fun. The theme was awesome, it had a Harry Potter vibe. I've gone to two other escape room palces and none have been as intricate. We'll definitely be back. Also Mario was the best! Hope he's our guide the next time. read more

Mystery Mansion is super accessible and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good time, especially for those who have been found the idea too daunting or scary. The staff at Mystery Mansion are super friendly and helpful and they prioritize your group having fun over stumping you with their puzzles. In our group was me (an escape room vet), 2 people who have only ever done one, and a first-timer and all of us had an amazing time. The venue us located in a historic mansion with quite a lot of history and if there is time either before or after your visit, the staff is more than happy to share some stories of its long and colorful past. read more

We did the lab assistant room with two people and escaped. It was a well designed room. There are a few minor aspects I would change, but overall it was a great puzzle and certainly enjoyable. If we are passing through Little Rock again we may return for another room. read more

Our family went for a little Saturday entertainment and had a great time. The room was difficult but definitely possible to complete. The house itself was beautiful with all you expect with an old Quapaw Quarters mansion. The game actually takes place in a carriage house out back. I had a great time here this past Saturday. For those who aren't familiar with escape rooms, you're locked in a room with other people and have to solve clues, puzzles, and riddles in order to escape before time runs out. For this past game, we were given an hour to escape. The owners were very nice and genuinely excited and enthusiastic about the game, and it showed. Not only did we have a great time, but we also got to learn about the history of the property. The house, especially the woodwork, is amazing. I wouldn't recommend this game for children under 12, as the majority of the puzzles and riddles might be too difficult. It's a great activity for groups of friends, couples, or corporate teambuilding (I played alongside a work group when I played another escape room in San Francisco); or if you fly solo, that's okay too! I went with a group to celebrate a birthday and it was so fun! We did the Foster Fortune room and it had tons of challenging riddles and clues that eventually led us to find hidden and "illegal" coins as well as the key to "escape" the room! We did the beautiful Foster's Fortune room today. We found out some highly interesting information about Arkansas leading up to the room, and then began the "most challenging" room in the Mansion. There was a LOT to do in the room, and that's about all I can say without giving away too much information. At the end, we didn't quite finish in time but we were allowed to go slightly over the allotted 60 minutes and complete it. I recommend definitely giving this place a try if you want a fun way to work your brain for an hour! read more

We had never done an escape room before, so didn't really know what to expect... it was great! So much fun, challenging enough, and you could get help if needed - the youngest in our group was 8, the oldest was 70+, and it was fun for all. What a great experience! We came to the mansion for some fun and as a team building event with colleagues. The puzzles and clue seeking are expertly coordinated by the owner and strategically summarized at the end with great feedback and insight as to our strengths and opportunities, along with real life tie ins to our industry. It was such a great feeling of accomplishment from finding the first and each consecutive clue all the way through completion. It was a great escape, not only from the room but from ourselves and the daily grind. For the entire event everyone was focusing on the mutual goal at hand, working in collaboration, and yet still able to be an individual contributor and given a chance to shine with your skills and learn from others! I brought my Board of Directors for a team building day. It was OUTSTANDING. We cannot wait to go back to try another room.

This place was VERYYYYYYY unprofessional. The worker didn't even know what she was doing. She claimed she was "bad with math". We were going for a group rate with 10 people. We were told the more people we bring the cheaper the price would be. The worker over charged the card. We told her to refund us the money. We got there at 8:30 (which is the time they gave us) and they didn't answer the door when we arrived. We had to keep knocking on the door and calling. The worker told us it would be $134 for 5 people. Then she proceeded to tell us it would be $30 per person which would be $150. We brought 10 people and she said the price would be $22 per person. The place is NOT a mansion and the family also stay there. Which made us very uncomfortable. We were told not to leave our room we might "walk into someone's bedroom". Overall it was a bad experience and my family was disappointed and furious that we never got to do the group skilled activity together. read more

We had so much fun at the Mystery Mansion! The Escape rooms were challenging but fun and the house is beautiful and worth the visit alone!

I have tried out several of Mystery Mansion's escape rooms on various trips to Little Rock to visit family. Theirs have definitely been my favorite rooms of any Escape Room business in LR! Always well crafted rooms with interesting puzzles. The last one we did, Foster's Fortune, is far and away my favorite room I've ever done! It was incredibly well designed, and challenging but always fair. There were a lot of things to solve but guesswork was never required. I don't want to give anything away but there were some really neat tricks in the room that we absolutely loved. Highly recommend trying this room, especially if you have a lot of experience with escape rooms! Their other rooms, Supernova and Game Room, are also great for both veterans and beginners alike. The staff is also very friendly and helpful in explaining mechanics, what to expect, as well as the rich history of the house. I can't recommend them enough! read more
