When they did show up after a rain storm, they got their bucket truck stuck in my backyard and had to call a tow truck to get them out. This caused HUGE tire divots in my yard and a broken underground sprinkler. He never bothered to fix that or any of the other HUGE divots left behind from cutting the tree down. My fence was patched up for 7 months, they left it open and I have dogs, he got huffy with me when I told him he needed to put the fence back properly. It was a disaster from the word go. I would not recommend them to anyone. I finally had to threaten to get a lawyer because we had sold the house and needed the tree down. 7 months!!! To cut down 1 tree!!!
