They cut the trim too short on some windows exposing the wood beneath. Some of the trim edges don't match up. Each window was caulked VERY badly. We asked them to come back to fix it. Weeks and weeks later they showed up and 'fixed' it when we were gone. The caulking job is still horrendous and the wood still exposed. Now I have to go back and paint around every window because the caulking is still smeared all over. I am embarrassed if anyone gets close to my windows! I would never use them again.

As a homeowner, I had a deck that was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. I am afraid of snakes, and they like to stay under decks, so I was looking at my options. Also as installation was not in my family's forte, I inquired about installation and was given names of companies and contact information to call and request a quote. Two companies were able to come out within two weeks and give quotes. Took a whopping 7 months for them to finish cutting down my tree. He always said he was coming and…read morenever showed. When they did show up after a rain storm, they got their bucket truck stuck in my backyard and had to call a tow truck to get them out. This caused HUGE tire divots in my yard and a broken underground sprinkler. He never bothered to fix that or any of the other HUGE divots left behind from cutting the tree down. My fence was patched up for 7 months, they left it open and I have dogs, he got huffy with me when I told him he needed to put the fence back properly. It was a disaster from the word go. I would not recommend them to anyone. I finally had to threaten to get a lawyer because we had sold the house and needed the tree down. 7 months!!! To cut down 1 tree!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!!
