They have quite the drink selection and we wanted to try more than one! But, we both settled for a delicious beverage - the holy cow. As much as we want to try other drinks, it's going to be tough to pass that one up on our next visit. We also had the smothered breakfast burrito, which was decent. I enjoyed this coffee shop so much I just might have to fly back to Colorado for another visit! The ceiling is covered with race bins which made me want to get outside and start running - right after I finished enjoying my "spring cleanse" coffee which was hands down the best specialty coffee drink I've ever had (espresso, cayenne, lavender)! Honestly! I have been stopping in this great little shop when I pass through Kremmling for about 10 + years. Sadly today it was so bad I demanded a refund after being talked over and argued with for 15 minutes. I have NEVER felt the need to call a place after leaving with my carry out AND request a refund. My total bill with tip was $60 for 4 breakfast burritos, 4 cinnamon rolls (for later) and 4 milks. I wanted OJ but they were SPOILED in the case. So I switched to Horizon Milk boxes, got my burritos and rolls and left. I had taken the milk and rolls out to my kids in the RV while the burritos finished. Got back in and my kids told me the milk was SPOILED. I sent my daughter in to get a refund on them. So now we are driving away with NO drinks sadly. I didn't want coffee today, what can I say? Kremmling is pretty limited for to-go breakfast... Anyway, off we go. Soggy disgusting burritos we couldnt even get out of the papers cause the tortilla was stuck to it... between myself and 3 preteen hockey players we maybe ate a total of one burrito before we gave it to the trash. So now we are all still hungry, not to mention thirsty so we decide to eat the cinnamon rolls. They would have been amazing IF they had been frosted. According to the owner or whoever the unaccountable nasty woman i spoke to, it was my responsibility to make sure I was provided frosting! And she was actually the worst part of the whole experience! When I called I attempted to simply enumerate the issues in a succinct manner. Unfortunately the defensive "country" girl I spoke to would not shut up long enough for me to even speak. She continually spoke over me with excuse after excuse. It was an appalling exhibition of zero accountability or remorse for her customers terrible experience. She literally argued the point about the milk being spoiled. Not kidding she said "that's how Horizon milk tastes" like we haven't had it multiple times before. Like we are too stupid to identify sour milk. No it wasn't expired but it was in the same case as the rotten OJ. Maybe the power went out or whatever. I don't know. I wasn't even mad about it. UNTIL the idiot that took my call negated every single word I said. I finally screamed at her to refund my ***** money and hung up. So yeah... Pretty rare I bother with a review but this woman was the real issue. " horizon milk is supposed to taste rotten" " we don't make the burrito, we just heat them up" "you should have asked for frosting". Appalling. She shouldn't be surprised that I came totally unglued on her by the time I hung up. Stupid *****!!! Never did get a simple apology... read more

Among other choices one would never go wrong with their fresh pastry! If you need to catch up on email while on a day trip or road trip they have graciously set up patrons with a password. It's a great stop between Denver and Steamboat Springs. We ordered plain coffee's as well as some special drinks (some cayenne pepper special was an interesting, but great surprisingly delicious combination.). Stopped here on our way to Steamboat and holy cow! Really nice blended ice coffee and kids enjoyed the ice cream. Got the Mocca with no added sugar and its pretty amazing! Wife loves it. Had to come back on our way home and tried the Growler Latte and its awesome! White and Dark Chocolate with a shot of espresso. Free WiFi which is great considering no cell signal... read more

I have worked in a coffee shop for three year and I like the darker kind of coffee, and this shop makes excellent coffee and latte's . Big Shooters is better than Starbucks, the baristas are very knowledgeable and they are always nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is comfy and artistic and unique. With covid being sanitary is huge. In line I was waiting and a woman with 3 kids who were leaning on the ice cream counter with masks around there neck not on there face (not covering mouth or nose) that was a red flag than the family in front ordered there waffle cones started eating it and said they wanted another scoop so the kid gave each another scoop on the licked cone. Gross! I told the older lady and she said "oh it's on top of the licked part doesn't touch" yes it does I said and I work in the food industry and told her every customer that wants more gets a remake or you put that scoop in another cup and let them put the ice cream on. He didn't even take the scooper and wash it ... just put back in the water bin. Sorry I left, you don't do things that way right now! Think of others safety at all cost... customers wear a mask and be good safety aware. People get it now. You have a lot of tourist right now and you have no clue if they are "safe" just because your in Kremmling. read more
