Dr. McClung is the best dentist I have ever met. While other dentists have fixed temporary problems, Dr. McClung is the only dentist that has taken time to get to the ROOT (ha) of the problem and helped me find actual solutions! Thank you to him & the amazing staff at Big Sky Dental. I highly recommend this dental center. I also liked how they go out of their way to make you feel more comfortable, with extras like warm neck pillows, blankets, and personal music and noise cancelling headphones during procedures. New to town. I received a flyer in the mail with an amazing discount for new clients for x-rays, exam and cleaning. Almost too good to be true. Excellent customer service from the time I called to schedule, checking in, X-rays and exam. Jennifer greeted me to take me back for my x-rays and consult she was very friendly and kind. Dr. Fisher Personally went over my x-rays tooth by tooth explaining any concerns or telling me I was doing a good job with my flossing and brushing. They thought of everything, when it was time to leave they offer you a warm towel and a chocolate as well as a gift on your way out. Highly recommended. read more

I was unlucky enough to have a dental emergency on Christmas Day while skiing at Bridger. We are not local to Bozeman, so on the 26th, I called every dental office I could find in the area, and Dr McClung was the only one who called back. He and his team were SO nice and helpful, very gentle and they were super up front about the payment structure and options. They also sent me on my way with a cute little traveling mug gift. Horrible payment system. $400 up front for a teeth cleaning and whatever insurance they collect they will send a check weeks later through the mail. Taking care of themselves instead of patients. This is why I have good insurance. Greed is all I can say. read more

Awesome experience! Received a flyer in the mail and was in need of a dentist after moving here. Looked online to "scope" the office out and was impressed and found only good reviews. So I scheduled an appointment for cleaning and check up. From the first conversation on the phone with the receptionist to be welcomed at check in, Amazing! Everything so very personalized and detail oriented. My cleaning and conversation with hygienist felt so comfortable and very personal. The time and attention that was given made me know that I came to the right place. Now for Dr McClung, so knowledgeable and friendly, amazing man. He took the time to chat and go over everything that I was concerned about, didn't pressure me to have anything done and I have an area that he wants to just watch instead of saying oh we need to fill that! These guys are great -- can't say enough good things about them. Friendly staff, quality care and flexible hours. I had lost a filling the previous night and tried calling around for help the following day. Big Sky Dental was the only place that would take me at such short notice. They put your comfort first; I practically felt like I was at the spa during my visit! They are not the cheapest guys in town, but you definitely get what you pay for here. These people charge an arm and a leg. They make you call 4 times to cancel an appointment because you "need to get it taken care of". On top of it all they are trying to take MY insurance money. Not worth the pain read more
