I didn't know anything about this dental practice; I called them to see about a second opinion for restoring several teeth to prevent further damage because I was having doubts about the proposed treatment plan I received from another local dental practice, etc. Carolyn answered the phone, & she listened to my "tale of woe" from another local dental practice (check my reviews to read what happened there) which had me feeling rather hopeless about my teeth! Carolyn was reassuring, & she mentioned that if I needed a crown on another tooth, that it takes just one visit: I found that to be a game-changer for me (after spending multiple visits at another local dental practice over 2 months for ONE crown which failed, resulting in a very expensive root canal from a local endodontist)! I made the appointment, & recall telling Carolyn that it was because of her that I was doing so. I feel very strongly about excellent customer service & found Carolyn to be exceptional. As I told Dr. J. Max Wasserburger about what led me to seek this second opinion from him, I cried. After listening to me, reviewing all my x-rays, & examining my teeth, he reassured me that my teeth were not in the dire condition that I had been led to believe. Dr. Wasserburger is not only an excellent dentist, he's an artist! I asked him if he could use composite to fill in the worn areas on several teeth to protect & restore them before I get aligners or braces. What he did was AMAZING! I never expected to feel MORE confident over having these done, but I do, & his work looks fabulous--completely restored! It has made me feel HAPPY, & that is priceless. I've also had the remaining metal fillings removed & replaced with composite, & it feels so much better: The reason I needed two crowns in the first place was because my metal fillings had caused both of those teeth to crack & age prematurely. My crown experience with Dr. Wasserburger was FUN: The entire procedure for a permanent crown start-to-finish was complete in about 2 hours, & I even got to watch the crown being made! I have had some great dentists over the years, but Dr. Wasserburger is by far the BEST! If you need any kind of dental work, I highly recommend Hays Dental Group: Everyone you meet will make you feel welcome & glad that you're there. Good practice, the hygienist's and dentists are top notch. The equipment and tech seem brand new. I've been a customer for 2 years now and have had to call to correct my bill twice. On both occasions the billing dept acknowledged the mistake and fixed the bill. Once is a mistake twice is the beginning of a pattern. If you go with Hayes keep an eye on your bill they seem to have very ambitious billing policies. read more

I recently went to Hays Dental Group for a new patient comprehensive exam and this was by far the best dental appointment that I have had. The staff at Hays Dental Group were super friendly and thorough. From the receptionists, to the dental assistant, Amy, and the rest of the staff, everyone made the visit comforting and a fun experience. Using state-of-the-art technology, Dr. Hall was able to show me everything that he was talking about and I found that this was very effective when it came to patient education. The front office staff went out of there way to help with getting me in to see the doctor to very efficiently billing my out of network insurance! Dr. Hall was so warm and caring. I had a crown done in 2016 in one day. I was so impressed with the entire process, and grateful that it could be done so perfectly and so quickly. I was also impressed by the crown making state of the art machine and watched the crown being made. Amazing!!! Danielle, the dentist that did the work was GREAT. I just booked a new appointment for another crown in one day since I am going on a trip and don't have weeks to wait. The staff is very considerate. Hays Dental Group is by far the best experience I've had at a Dentist office.....yes, it can happen!!! The staff is always very pleasant and concerned about you as a person not just a patient. The office environment is inviting and relaxing. While all of the Doctor's in this office are great, I see Dr. Hall. I have high praises for Dr. Hall. He is a perfectionist and believe me when it comes to cosmetic dentistry you want a perfectionist!!! He is not satisfied until you are satisfied!! I went to Hays when I was a poor college student. Their 'standard of care' as the call it left a hole in my wallet, but I was willing to pay for my initial exam to make sure my teeth were healthy. So I had pictures taken, and x-rays and all the bells and whistles that Hays has to offer. Then I had to schedule a second appointment with the hygienist, and I have NEVER had a more painful experience. It felt like this woman was trying to remove my teeth NOT clean them. She seared her instruments into my gums and I was hurting for days. My third appointment was for the dentist to look me over. Took him 10 mins, waited for about half an hour and paid for a full hour. My wallet was lighter but I told myself at least I'm all up to date. Then 6 months later I attempted to schedule another cleaning (despite my traumatic experience) the receptionist said that I needed to have x-rays and pictures and all the hoopla I did the first time around. When I told her I was in college and couldn't afford to go through that again that I just wanted a cleaning, she said it was their 'standard of care.' Please! Money is all they have in mind! After moving and finding a great dentist I look back and ask myself why I even thought about going back to have my mouth assaulted! read more

Hayes Dental has a beautiful new office with the latest equipment. They run on time and are very courteous. Definitely a top notch provider, not the cheapest you will find, and expect to pay some out of pocket if you have dental insurance because they charge more than usual and customary. read more
